China Gas Engine Generator Power Plant

China is one of the largest energy consumption nation in the world and also the manufacturing base for world, so a lot of gas containing high residue or recovered energy was usually emitted to environment, causing harm to air and waste of energy. So the government has continuously invested in gas engine generator sets to be installed for generating power, electricity, steam or hot water for heating and cooling ever since 1950. now its technologies and equipments have been improved to world level by improvement from field application and innovation on equipments of gas engine generator set.

The gas engine generator sets have been widely used in petrochemical ,mining, refinery, metallurgical and other process of industry production in both China and around the world. Great results have been achieving day by day.

We Chinese usually provide two types of gas engine generator sets, one from modification on world famous genset such as from MTU, Deutz, or Cummins. Another type is on our Chinese famous producers produced, which are now almost the same quality to that from world famous brand. Advantages of using SD Gas generator to build power plant

?Applicable to all kinds of flammable gases

?It can be adapted to the low-pressure gas source and increase the effective electricity power output.

?It is of high power-generating efficiency, low electricity power consumption. Once the thermo-electric cogeneration is realized, the thermal efficiency can reach more than 80%.

?The unit is a highly integrated system and little assistant equipment is needed; it is easy to build up the station and little investment is needed.

?The building period of the station is short. Usually, the building period of a 3000kW station won’t be over 2 months. It is a solution of low running cost and quick capital recovery.

The requirement to biogas pressure is rather lower, that is above 300mmH2O. The pressurized device is not necessary to our generator set so the investment is reduced by adopting this technology.

According to the specialty of biogas, the engine was matched with  turbocharger and inner-coolant in order to actualize the gas burnt thinly, reduce heat load, improve discharge and the power of the engine, meanwhile improve the motive force and economic aspects of the gas machine.

nLEAN-BURN:

nEnhances the mean effective pressure, control the discharged temperature and cylinder temperature, reduce the heat load so as to enhance the dynamical performance and reliability of the generator set. Through the pre-combustion chamber technology, we can realize the combustion at low density of the fuel gas, meanwhile enlarge ignition energy to enhance the compatibility of the generator set to the fuel gas. The generator set that does not adopt the technology is sensitive to the moistness of the fuel gas, may lead to difficulty or un-continuous ignition.

Metal coating technology: Enhance the wear-resisting performance, corrosion resistivity and the machine capability of the cylinder, valve race, valve and piston curl.
