1500MW Combined Cycle Project Estimated Quotation
Dear Sirs,
We are genuinely pleased to be identified by you as a potential EPC contractor for the Project and submit our estimated quotation.
The Project shall consist of Natural Gas/Fuel oil fired combined cycle power plant (CCPP). The plant will be designed to generate 1500 MW gross electrical output at the generator terminals based on the ISO condition by using GE 9FA gas turbine generator sets made in China as main gas turbine generator sets.
A phased construction plan is adopted between the two modules. Each modules includes two 250 MW (nominal, ISO) combustion turbine generators (CTGs), each feeding exhaust gases to its respective Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) with no supplementary firing. Steam from the two HRSGs is feed to one 250 MW (nominal), reheater, condensing steam turbine generator (STG).
Hereby we submit our Estimated Lump Sum Price which is 1,618,000,000 US Dollar (one billion six hundred eighteen million US Dollar), based on the scope of work of 1500MW CCPP, including the engineering and design, procurement, manufacturing, supply and transportation of materials and equipment, installation, erection and civil construction, testing and commissioning, on-load testing, startup and putting into service.
Due to the lack of basic information of Project Site conditions, such as geotechnical subsurface data, soil, geological, earthquake and tsunami history records, environmental and climate conditions, and location of site bench marks, as well as fuel oil specification, water resource data, etc, the Estimated Quotation may be modified after the above mentioned information is available. After details provdied to us, detailed proposals and quotation will be ofered to you too.
Please notice that above Estimated Quotation does not include the custom duties and any other local taxes, levies within employer country; in addition, our Estimated Quotation also excludes the Insurance premium for applying buyer鈥檚 credit required by China Export and Credit Insurance Corporation.(SINOSURE).
Please be informed that we will arrange soft loan or commercial loan for your projects against your financing guarantee pto be provided for this project.
This quotation is valid until March 1st 2010. |
