2. Scope of Work of Geothermal Power Plant
The scope of works of the power plant includes design, manufacture, supply, procurement, erection, test and commissioning of the geothermal power plant on EPC basis, and also basic design of civil workls.
2.1Civil Works
Basic design of civil works including following items and civil work supervising,
a) Foundation and loading design and calculation for building
b) Foundation and loading design and calculation for main equipment
c) Foundation design and calculation for cooling tower
d) Foundation design and calculation for water tanks
e) Foundation design and calculation of condenser
f) Foundation design and calculation for other equipment
g) Design of inner size of ll uilding
Design for connection of beam, pile, cross-section
Design for location and size of doors, holes etc.
2.2 Mechanical works
B-1 Turbines
Condensing steam turbines (single flow and skid mounted type), with attached stop valves, governing system, oil control and lubrication system, moisture separation and dryings, turning gear, over-speed detection, vibration monitoring, safeties and protections, steam by-pass system and its silencers.
B-2 Steam piping & demisters
Steam piping, valves, with demister on the principles of vane separation, water injection system for removing silica on turbine inner space and blades.
B-3 Jet Condensers
Steam condensers, direct contact, spray with water mixing type with internal features for functions of steam condensing, condensate water cooling and non-condensable gas extraction including hot well pump
B-4 NC gas extraction system
Non-condensable gas (NCG) in the steam of content up to 3% in weight of steam flow extraction system for removing it (by vacuum pump) from turbine exhaust steam
B-5 Cooling water system
Main water cooling system complete with piping (fiberglass reinforced polyester), fittings, filters and pumps, control system, cooling tower (counter flow type or cross flow type, mechanical induced draft, with splash fill) including reinforced epoxy-coated concrete basin, fan stack (made of fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP)), drift eliminator, infill, water distribution system, mechanical equipment
B-6 Re-injection water system
Pumps, pipes and associated equipment
B-7 NaOH dosing system
NaOH storage tank (10m3) and control valves
B-8 Service water supply
Water storage tank, filters, pumps, pipes (incl. Pipe river to power plant, 500m) associated equipment (service water to be used for initial fill of water cooling basin and fire fighting system)
B-9 Fire fighting
Fire detection system, fire fighting water system included hydrant network and pipes, and water spay extinguishing system on turbo-generator lubricating units and main transformers, portable and mobile fire extinguishers
B-10 Handling equipment
Overhead traveling crane (electric controlled) including structures, rails, hoists and associated equipment, mobile handling and lifting devices and equipment
