SD can offer coal mine gas zero emission for customers. Customer can choose different utilization method for different CH4 concentration (0.25%~100%) coal mine gas.
2. Renewable energy industry
SD has successfully made use of wood, straws, rice husk, cow dung and others for renewable energy through gasification, carbonization and anaerobic digestion etc. SD makes use of energy scientifically and develop recycle economy. Power generation by using biomass gas from rice husk, wood chips (sawdust waste) ,saw dust and crop stalks can not only save expenditure in electricity tariff in the production cost of rice mills and timber processing mills, but also can bring about benefits by means of selling surplus electric power to the power grid. As the higher conversion efficiency of the equipment, by taking rice husk as an example, each KWH power generation consumes only 1.6~1.8kg of rice husk. If using wood dust or crop stalks as fuel, the unit consumption of the fuel will be still lower. Water used for gas cleaning and cooling can be used in a circulating way after it is treated through water treatment facilities, such as a sediment pond without environmental pollution and we need only some amount of making-up water. The rate of self-consumption of power for the complete set of equipment is very low-only 5~8% of the generated power. Therefore, such a project is an ideal one with significant benefits for the area, where a lot of is discarded biomass resources, but is short of electric power supply or with higher electricity tariff. In general, the investment for major equipment can be recovered from power generation benefits within first two years. The equipment can be operated safely, easy operation and low maintenance cost.
3. Gas power generation industry

About SD Gas inner combustion engine
World's first inner combustion engine is an engine fueled by coal gas, German merchant and engineer Nikolaus August Otto invented that four stroke inner combustion engine in 1876. After about 10 years' continuous improvement, another German engineer Gottlieb Daimler who is well known as a pioneer of modern auto industry successfully developed the inner combustion engine fueled by gasoline. The first diesel engine was invented later by Rudolf Diesel in 1890s.
SD Gas engine works under the same principle of diesel and gasoline engines and it needs spark plug to ignite. Working temperature of core part in its cylinder can reach 1400°C, which makes its efficiency much higher than that of steam turbine, even gas turbine. Generally gas inner combustion engine's efficiency is between 30% and 40%.
The prominent feature of SD gas generator units' advantages is its high efficiency, then it is a highly integrated system, easier to install; it doesn't have very strict requirement to gas condition (dust, moisture, etc.); it doesn t consume large quantities of water, and its building cost of equipment for 1 kWh power is lower.
SD generators have high performance control system and high quality monitor instruments with the functions of low-voltage, over-current and revere power protections etc. Meanwhile, the control panel can monitor speed, water temperature, lub-oil temperature, lub-oil pressure and exhaust temperature parameters of the engine. It is also equipped with sound and light alarm devices for main parameters and automatic shutdown device.

*The gas-distributing system of the unit applies the camshafts and other gas-distributing outfits which are especially designed for gas engine. It is of unique gas-distributing phrase, gas-distributing included angle and advance angle of ignition which can make the engine achieve a better burning effect.
