(HY) is a professional belt conveyor manufacture with a history of self design and manufacturing over 50 years. The company has provided high quality products amount to more than 3,000,000m in many projects for domestic and overseas clients. Centralized by Ministry of Machine-Building Industry (Beijing Hoisting and Conveying Machinery Research Institute ,  HY participated in the design, manufacturing, verifying and exterminating of TD62, TD75, DX, DTII, and DTII(A)belt conveyor, which is a major contribution in the technological promotion of belt conveyor industry. HY is a backbone enterprise in belt conveyor industry, one of the manufactures of national heavy fire power equipments and auxiliaries specified by planning commission, Ministry of Machine-Building Industry and Ministry of Electric Power, as well as the specified export products manufacturer.   Our products has showed the advanced technology and equipments�?performance in many projects which have already been put into operation. Since the 1980s, HY has provided equipments in the electric power industry successively for more than 120 projects in power conveying systems, 117 of which are 2×300MW above. In hydropower construction industry, HY successively provided large conveying equipments for power stations, such as Wuqiangxi hydropower station, Gezhouba hydropower station, the three gorges hydropower plant and longtan hydropower station, etc. These equipments have made contributions for national electric power industry and the engineering construction, and are high praised by end users. In 1987, HY participated in the conveyor system supply for Shanxi Datong mine bureau Sitaigou coal preparation plant (belt width B=2000mm, belt velocity V=4m/s, capacity Q=5400t/h). This project played a key role of China’s “Western coal shipped East�?and export plan. In 1996, the electromechanical equipments provided by HY for long distance conveying system of Fujian Longyan Sande Cement Plant (belt width B=800mm, belt velocity V=2.5m/s, capacity Q=800t/h, max. single length Lmax=4.74km, total length L=10.059km) was cited by headquarter of Sande Cement Plant in Singapore. The advantages as low cost and good performances have brought the owner with notable economic benefits. The long distance belt conveyor provided for France Lafarge in 2002, and the max. single length (L=8.4km, B=1000mm) conveyor electromechanical system provided for Henan Zhumadian Yulong Cement Co., Ltd in 2004 are successfully commissioned. In 2006, HY was specified to be the supplier of belt conveyor system for Shanxi Jidong Jingyang Cement Plant. The 9.43km belt conveyor manufactured and erected by HY, has obtained highly praises in belt conveyor industry and the services are appreciated by end user. All these experiences epitomize the technical innovation, manufacturing ability and service level. 2 Company scale and structure  The company occupied an area of 200,000m2, possessed more than 300 sets and units of equipments of which 87 sets are large and heavy equipments. It subordinates 7 sub factories; they are pulley sub-factory, idler sub-factory, reducer sub-factory, metal structure sub-factory, electric power sub-factory, finished product sub-factory, and rubber casting sub-factory. The existing staff No. is 1432, including 276 engineering technicians; 230 of which are engineers or even senior engineer.   3 Products The main products of the company are: TD75 , DTII,DTII(A�?type common used belt conveyer, DX high strength steel cord belt conveyor, DT75 belt conveyor, DCY and DBY rectangular axis hardened reducer, ZDY, DLY, ZSY parallel shaft hardened reducer, ZQ reducer and ICS500-1400-ST type belt scale.  All these products are widely employed in electricity, mining building metallurgy, wharf and some other areas, and were exported to Vietnam, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Mauritius, Myanmar, Indonesia, etc.    4 Comprehensive Technical level The whole machine capacity has reached the leading level of China    (1) Max. Convey capacity: Q=8700 t/h (Caofeidian 50 million coal wharf) (4) Max. belt velocity: V =6.1m/s (Huanghuagang Coal Warf) (5) Max. Belt strength: ST=4500N/nm (Jincheng Mineral bureau) (6) Max. single power N=6×1070KW(Shanxi Golden Sea Coal Group) (7) Max. Down move angle (anti- explode): β= -150 (Tianfu Mining Bureau) (8) Middle drive upward belt conveyor (coke and iron mixture blast furnace belt conveyor B=1800mm)  (9) Advanced single point supporting float drive device. This device convey with big pitch of strand,compact  structure. It has no high requirements on installation technique, shit for various special basis. (Sande Cement Plant, Dagang Power Plant) (10) self-moving downhill vehicle (downhill inclination 27°, Wanzhou Port) (11) 90°corrugated inclined belt conveyor (Zhuzhou Steel) (12) 60° deep groove angle downhill belt conveyor (Wanzhou Port) (13) Max. pulley resultant force 1600KN (Pingshuo Coal Industry). (14) Advanced soft starting (braking) technology. This technology can control the starting (braking) time in the regret of 50s to 250s thus to make good start/brake performance.   5 New product development capability.   From 1970s, our company has taken part in the new products�?development in China, such as DT75type, DX type, DTIItype, and DTII(A)type, etc.    In 1989, we developed 4 medi-friction rubber belts used in Shanxi Aluminum plant, which acquired “New Product Award"   During the year of 1983~1984, we developed down explode proof braking rubber belt, which acquired “Technical Improvement Award" from Coal Ministry of Hunan.   During the year of 1982~1984, we developed horizontal type, inclined type muti-idler electron belt scale, which gained the first place in high precision, object verification and microcomputer process in China. And also acquired “Technology Improvement Award" in Hunan.   In 1992, we developed inclined rubber belt conveyer, created 3 “tops" of belt width, inclination, and lifting height.     In 2006, the 8139M belt conveyor for Henan Zhumadian Cement Co., Ltd acquired the third prize of China Machinery Industry Union.    Computer application: CAD and MIS soft ware are adopted.    6 Technical Feature Shot blasting Anti-rust   This system is material pre-process equipment, which was designed and produced by our company. After the stead metrical been processed by this equipment, it can reach the standard of sa2 Automatic submerged arc welding and Co2 gas protect welding. The main welding seam adopts the automatic submerged arc welding .The idler adopts Co2 gas protect welding in order to assure the quality. Idler automatic production line. We imported an automatic production line from Mitsubishi, Japan, of which pipe diameter reached φ259mm. The procedures of idler cutting, lathing, welding and installing all finished by chamfer machines, pipe cutting machine , double-end Co2  gas shielded arc welding machine and other automatic production line. Thus the idler quality was assured in technology.  Dry-cast vulcanized rubber production line: 1) oil is used as a medium for heating the rubber vulcanizer. The pulley rubber was heated evenly to assure the quality of rubber casting. 2) The SO2 corrosion defects are defeated by dry-cast vulcanizing. 3) No steam cast defeats. Gear grinding: 3 sets gear grinding machines are imported from Germany, which ensured the using capacity of the reducer. Vibration prescription: After the machine frame was processed by the vibration prescription it eliminate most of the welding stress, improved the strength, and avoid the frame became deformed. Specialized production: Our production is carried with high specialization level. Many parts are produced with molds, which assure the quality. 7  Test Method  Belt conveyer comprehensive test site.  This test site can used to test the relationship between a certain main parameter and the whole unit’s capacity, capacity of each part ,complete capacity of electron belt scale , These test method are benefit for our how produces development. Large reducer test board. The high speed shaft can be loaded to 20000Nm. This test board can used to measure efficiency, noise, exposure, leakage, cleanliness and other projects. Idler complete capacity test system  There are 6 sets professional testing equipment for this system ,which can test the rotate resistance, dustproof, waterproof axle bearing ,dropping, run out ,etc.   Normal test   We have a series of complete normal test methods, includes physics and chemistry test, ultrasonic wave crack detection, X-ray crack detection, noise test, paint thickness test, roller rampart thickness test, pulley static balance’s test. 8 Product quality  The company has set up a complete product quality assurance system, and been verified by ISO9001 in Oct. 2000. Our product of DT75 type gained an award in 1985.DXtype gained an award in 1987. in the year of 1996,1997,2003, our products gained the first prize in the national quality selective examination . Our DTII belt conveyor has own the Name-Brand award of Hunan Province in 2002, and product quality award of Chinese machinery industry in 2000.   2 . Qualification Certificates  1.
