            1. Brief Introduction of Project
 
In order to save energy, reduce pollution, extensive use local rich biomass resources, China EPC develops circulation fluidized bed gasification power generation technology, converting biomass to green electricity. Power plant will not discharge pollution due to adopt biomass as fuel materials. Biomass resource achieve high efficiency utilization
In order to best using rice husk resource, we intent to collocate one set of 2mw circulation fluidized bed biomass gasification furnace, 2set purification system 5set fuel gas genset engine for this project to supply heat, electricity. Gasification furnace gasified biomass into fuel gas, which access to purification system for removing dust, tar and other impurity. Finally fuel gas genset generate electricity. Surplus gas is able to generate steam (for customers�?choice). Carbon ash is Auxiliary material of industry
2. Technology Route
The Technology Route adopt combination of circulation fluidized bed gasification furnace and internal combustion engine to achieve utilization of rice husk resource. Meanwhile, according to clients�?demand, surplus heat boiler will be used for collect the surplus heat of fuel gas and exhaust gas from generator, finishing comprehensive utilization of energy. Main Flow:
             (1) gasification reaction of rice husk
Rice husk access to circulation fluidized bed gasification furnace through Feeder. Under high-temperature , recycling and heating materials, rice husk in gasifier meet air accessing from bottom so that hydrogenation & gasification reaction occurred, and rice husk converted into fuel gas . the element of fuel gas: CO、H2、CH4 etc. Calorific value: 1450kcal/ m3 approximately. Moreover, including a little tar .

Through innovated fuel gas purification technology, dust ,tar included in fuel gas are effectively treated and collect to completely achieve the demand of internal combustion.
Meanwhile, Tar exhaust water are treated through biochemical treatment technology, achieving to recycle exhaust water and achieving the purpose of discharge zero pollution .
(3) fuel gas power generation
5 unit improved 500kw gas power generation engine generate electricity. Output voltage:400V,50HZ. The voltage will be enhanced to meet grid-tied demand by transformer.
(4) Surplus heat generate steam (non system standard )
In this system, 3 parts surplus heat can be used.
a. cooling water of internal combustion genset, the temperature is about 80�?
b. the sensible heat of fuel gas produced by circulation fluidized bed gasifier, the temperature is about 750�?
c. exhaust gas from internal combustion genset , the temperature is about 550�? For getting saturation steam with 0.4�?.5MPa pressure , some 80�?cooling water of power generator will be entered into surplus heat boiler and make a use of sensible of fuel gas and exhaust to heat the water so as to produce steam.

3. primary proposal of project
3.1 choose site and matched facilities
Power plant:2mw occupy area:1000m2..Exist and Idle construction can be used for plant so as to shorten project construction time. Meanwhile, the upfront investment is increased . make limited fund play biggest role.
3.2 raw materials nature
Because rice husk will be main fuel material of this project, the analysis of rice husk is given as an example. Pls see table 2

As moisture is 10%, the calorific value of rice husk is 15.6MJ/kg(3730kcal/kg).
Rice husk bulk density is very low , usually about 140 kg/m3
3.3 raw materials collection�?B>storage and preparation.
Biomass gasification furnace can adopt various crops biomass with moisture content 10%-20%. Due to seasonal production of rice husk, it is collected when paddy is harvestry. Due to seasonal production of rice husk, it is collected when paddy is harvestry. for rice milling factory, it is easy to collect rice husk. Generally , save time to collect rice husk from other places.
3.4 structure Of gasification system
the gasification system include : �?)feeder �?)circulation fluidized bed gasifier 3)cyclone separator �?)air pre heater 5) air blower �?)induced draft fan �?)ash device 8) automatic controlling device
Rice husk access to gasifier through feed located on the bottom of gasifier. Preheat air access to gasifier through air board located on the bottom of gasifer acheve fuel materials flow and gasified. Fuel gas after purification will access to generator. Ash device are fixed on the bottom of gasifier to collect ash, which can be fertilizer after cooling .
Gasifier specification:
Height:8m, occupy area:7MX8M Per unit, height of frame: 7m
Inside diameter :1.0m,output gas3000m3/h, fuel gas calorific value: 5�? MJ/Nm3
3.5 structure of power generation system
Adopting 5 unit 500kw power generator, voltage 400v.Common house can be used to install power generator.
Recommend parameter:
rated voltage:400v,rated current :812A. Frequency:50HZ,gas consumption:2.8 Nm3/KW, gas access pressure: normal pressure. gas acess temperature: normal temperature
3.6 construction time
Whole set gasification power generation system adopt modularize designing. Each parts of whole system will be finished by our processing factory. Weight of one gasification furnace is approximately 75ton. Weight of genset is approximately 100ton. Field basic construction is simple. Once machine arrive, they can be installed rapidly. Whole construction need 5months
4. Economical analysis

Biomass power generation technology is highly reliable, low investing cost . given from
technology and economy, this power generation system achieve worldwide lead level.
Except supply electricity, some potential benefits can be got too.
1)deeply processed carbon ash can be the materials of silica white
2) reduce discharge CO2 and poison air
3) the surplus heat make use of heat boiler to produce abundant steam and hot water for industrial using and residents.
4)vinegar distilled from rice husk fuel gas can be instead of Chemical pesticides
5. Environment analysis
5.1 save energy & emission reduction
Rice husk belong to renewable clean energy. environment protection and clean biomass energy is sole renewable energy that can be converted to clean fuel materials. Hazardous Substances from straw(S&Ash ) content is 90% less than bituminous coal. The emission and absorption of Carbon compose carbon circulation in nature, achieving CO2 Zero emission. Practice has proved that biomass energy play a notable role in reducing CO2 emission.
Because biomass is renewable energy and low(temperature approximately 700-900�? during gasification and little output of NOx , biomass power generation technology is one high degree clean energy technology , one scientific choice of reducing CO2 emission and avoid global environment degradation.
5.2 wastes emission detail
In this project, water used for fuel gas purification is circulation water , being able to recycle and reused through biochemical treatment. No exhaust water is discharged .
Tar collected by purification system can be sold as chemical materials and can be mixed with coal to improve calorific value of coal.
Ash through gasification furnace is one excellent potash fertilizer, being used to produce compound fertilizer. Due to low output of Ash, we will not establish professional ash location in this project. But ash warehouse will be set up . all ash will be completely consider to sell or comprehensive using.
5.3 noise control
Generally ,noise pollution are tried to control from noise resource and transmission route. Firstly , we control from noise resource. As for non-control noise , we adopt to block noise, reduce noise ,reuce vibration and other control measures.
The noise of power plant is broadbound source, mainly from internal combustion engine and pumps. as boiler discharge gas, the noise is sudden noise, high noise, terrible affect environment . hence, mufflers will be fixed in boiler air emission pipe and safe valve air emission pipe. Blocked noise work room and main control room will adopt to block noise. Moreover, power plant will be designed reasonable layout, paying attention to effect of isolating and reducing noise. Outside of plant, green belt need be set out to further reduce the influence of noise
After adopting all measures, the influence of noise will achieve GB12348-90
