Delivery time
Delivery time will be conditional to unsold production capacity.
The equipment will be ready for shipment from our factory
not later than 3 months after the date of signature of the SDJCHAi Supply Contract and
receipt of advance payment as defined therein.
WARRANTY
The warranty period shall be the earlier
of (i) twelve (12) months from the commissioning or (ii) eighteen (18) months
from the date of shipment.
VALIDITY
This offer is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of this offer.
