The PCK1-RB500 control panel has comprehensive protecting function for over-current, short circuit, reverse power, low frequency and low voltage etc.
It also has the functions of automatic quasi-synchronism, load distribution and automatic power factor adjustment.
PCK-RB500 can analyze the condition of the grid, once the grid is shut down, it can cut the gas generator set from the grid until the grid start to work again, then automatically recover the connection.
The control panel can also cooperate with TEM system and monitoring instrument, to monitor water temp, oil temp, oil pressure and speed of the engine. Once threat emerges, control panel will alarm and automatically switch off for protection. |

Automatic adjust technology of air and fuel ratio: The component of biogas is changeable, it is necessary to control the air and fuel ratio of the engine by the electric-control admixture. The engine monitoring the combustion condition automatically. Then the central control unit send out dictate to make the generator drive the slide valve to change the clearance, so as to change the admission amount and keep the air-fuel ratio of the engine to an ideal condition. The whole adjusting process is carried out automatically. As the concentration of CH4 in biogas changes, the generator set that without the automatic adjusting technology of air-fuel ratio can not be used to generate electricity fuelled biogas.
TEM system can collect, deposit, display, print and control the parameters of the generator set. The data can display in the form of stimulant data, meter, report forms, recording statistics and etc. The recording interval can be set discretionarily, the system can also print real-time and recorded report forms, the print interval can be set automatically or manually. This system can collect, display and record the following parameters: cylinder temperature, exhaust temperature, water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, speed, power, voltage, current, power factor, frequency, accumulative total output and running time. |

Requirements for gas source: Inside the gas pipeline, within the range of 1 m before gas pressure regulator, the temperature of biogas less than35 Celsius Degree;Gas pressure should within the range of 3-10kPa;
The speed of gas pressure vibration less than 1kPa/min; Methane content of biogas more than 40%;
H2S content less than 200mg/nm3; NH3 content less than20mg/Nm3;
Diameter of impurities less than5μm; Content of impurities less than30mg/Nm3;
Content of water less than40g/Nm3;
For the optimization of system performance, users should provide data of gas composition and pressure to us. (For biogas with methane content between 30-40%, we have a specially designed model).
