A. Exhaust gas from your gas generator. We suppose to produce low pressure steam (about 12 bar, 190 °C) from exhaust heat by using waste heat exchanger and use that steam for power generation by a LP steam turbine. Please send me an offer for a convenient turbine too.

A.The steam from exhaust heat by using waste heat exchanger is not enough to drive turbine for power generation, just can be used for heating the mineral oil you have said before.
Q:let me know the data’s like, NG-consumption per kWh electricity and the total efficiency of the plant for offered gas generators.
A.NG-consumption per kWh electricity is 162g and the Brake Thermal efficiency of the engine is 44.6%

1- what is the efficiency of gas turbine when we use natural gas,
A. The total efficiency of the plant is 49.5%
2- what is the efficiency of gas turbine and cogenerating
A. The steam from exhaust heat by using waste heat exchanger is not enough to drive turbine for power generation
3- please inform me the total natural gas consumption per hour .
A. NG-consumption per kWh electricity is 157g ,so the Total natural gas consumption for 2MW is about 314000g per hour.
4- how many hours you will guarantee it
A. One year after delivery.
5. they are willing to pay 20% of total amount to bank to get loan but it take some time. so if you provide the loan from chinese bank they can visit you and close the deal immediately
A: we need at least 30% of the employer's own financing or equity, among which we can offer 5-10%, you if your employer has 20% of the equity, and then he can let his bank or bank syndicate issue our bank financing guarantee, and buy our Sinosure insurance company premium, it is possible that our bank will offer financing of 70% of the EPC price.

For continuous operation without reduction in the rated output, the fuel gas has to fulfill the below mentioned quality requirements.
In order to avoid operation problems like derating, corrosion, wear, lube oil contamination etc. the fuel gas composition must be submitted to the engine manufacturer.
