1.3 Scope of supply of steam turbine:
One set of components for a steam turbine unit, including:
l Emergency stop valve along with integral filter;
l Steam turbine proper, front and rear pedestal supports, cover, coupling;
l Water strainer;
l AC & DC Gear oil pump, electrical motor driven pump, jacking oil pump;
l Oil strainer, oil tank, oil cooler;
l Gland Sealing Condenser (GSC);
l flash tank;
l surge tank;
l All steam, drain water and oil pipelines within the supply scope;
l Woodward 505 Digital electric-hydraulic governor (no panel);
l Bently for generator
l Condenser(cooled by water)
l One set of valves for all the pipelines within the supply scope;

1.4 General explanation of the constructions:
Our turbine unit is of impulse type. The casing is of horizontal split type, the steam chest is an integral part of the inlet casing, and steam enters the steam chest from both sides of the steam chests. The rotor is forged type, and the LP stage is built up; The bearings of the turbine are composed of two oval rear bearing and a front bearing, which are comprised of one tilting pads thrust bearing at the front and one oval journal bearings for support of the rotor of the turbine.

l Designing of piping lay-out & its civil foundation.
l Main steam piping from boiler to flange of ESV.
l CEP pumps,
l Deaerator.
l LP heater;
l HP heaters;
l Water piping, steam piping and their valves and elbows except the ones in the scope stipulated in the items 1.3 and 1.5.
l Turbine heat insulation (Technical documentation to be provided by supplier only for reference)
l Generator protection system & panels, CT, PT & distribution transformers. Neutral grounding systems, Circuit Breakers, Bus bar & coupler, MCC surge protection panel.
l Power Distribution System, Illumination & Telecommunication.
l Re-circulation Pump House, DM water plant

3. TERMINAL POINTS ( BATTERY LIMITS )
3.1 Mechanical
l Main Steam: At the inlet of the emergency stop valve of the turbine with counter flanges.
l Bleed steam: At the flange of bleed outlet of turbine with counter flanges
l Extraction steam: At the flange of extraction outlet
3.2 Electrical
l HT Power: At the out let of the Generator.
l AC: At the junction box of motors.
l UPS Power: To be provided by customer at one point inside the TG house.
3.3 Instrumentation
Instruments : Complete field instruments as detailed in the supply scope.
4. Price
Price for one set of the above shall be CFR India Port�?/SPAN>CHENNAI�?/SPAN> USD2,068,000
4.1�?/SPAN>Payment
--10% of the total contract price shall be paid as down payment by the customer by means of telegraphic transfer, within 10 days after signing the contract against 10% Bank Guarantee.
--30% of the total contract price shall be paid by the customer by means of telegraphic transfer, within 15 days after receiving the basic designing drawings.
--The payment of the rest 60% of total contract price shall be made by an acceptable irrevocable confirmed and unconditional Letter of Credit at sight in favor of the Seller within 200 days after signed the contract.
5. Delivery time
The delivery time will be 12 months after received the down payment.
6. After-sale service
For this project, we shall send about three technical specialists to the working site for supervision of erection and commissioning of the unit, one or two for steam turbine, and one for generator. The buyer should bear the expense of the above said experts�?international traffic fee, room and board, communication and medical insurance. Moreover, the buyer also needs to pay USD200.00/person.day to these experts as allowance.
