Remark: FAD is the total capacity of the compressor, to be tested to ISO1217:1996Annex C of CAGI－PNEUROP. Ingersoll Rand is one of the members of CAGI－PNEUROP.
4. Apart from normally known of Ingersoll Rand compressor quality, this special compressor will be with following characters to meet your demands:
4.1 Compressor unit composed of containing box to reduce the noise, all the air, oil electric, cooling (including after cooling, control instruments related equipments assembled as one complete unit.
4.2 Main body of Ingersoll Rand main machine.
4.3 Main machine bearing with high rigidness design.
4.4 The compressor uses 40% less connection points than others�?which will increase performance and reliability.
4.5 Lube system has automatic temperature control valve, using machine’s own pressure to lubricate other systems.
4.6 Oil separating system using secondary back flow separating method, separator core is of winkle type with 15 layers fiber.
4.7 Electric systems: main motor, and electric fan using explosion motors with ExdIIBT4 level; control panels are of explosion-proof. All the electric control systems can meet demands of factory explosion proof demands (no need of marine test demand)
4.8 The compressor is prefilled with Ingersoll Rand Super coolant of ULTRACOOLANT
4.9 Compressor can work efficiently under ambient temperature of 46 C Degree.
4.10 Surface for the parts are surface treated (with paints or galvanized ), to reinforce the proof of corrosion and marine condition usage. Noise insulation board also reinforced to resist the strong wind with design standard against 12 level Typhoon
4.11 Outer connect flange to AMSE standard.
