We are XXX Energy, last year we just finish construction our own Hydro Power Plant 3x65 MW.

Our Turbine - Generator designed and manufactured by Harbin, but we purchased (commercial contract) from another manufacture from China (SXX Tianjin), its small manufacture.

We have many problems for our Power Plant, unfortunately we did not have access to Harbin for any communication, and unfortunately the Sxx manufacture can't solve the Generator problems.

We have planning for new project hydro power plant 3x100 MW, 2x90 MW, 3x90MW, 2x45 MW, etc,

For 3x100 MW and 3x90MW start for design and main road civil construction.

Based on our future project and our 3x65 MW problems, we highly required to have access to Harbin, we prefer our next project also Harbin make.

In this case, can you assist us to bring us for Harbin or Dong Fang ?

We are very disappointed with Sxx

In China, there is EPC and producer, it is EPC who normally sign EPC contracts and supply contracts with employers, and then sign supply and financing contracts with producers such as Dongfang and Harbin Electric.

 

Harbin is the largest power equipments producer in China, and normally they have no time or mode to sign contracts directly with foreign buyers esp. for project less than 200mw pr units.

 

EPC contractor should sign contracts with buyers and then EPC should shoulder all the risks facing foreign market, even providing financing supports to producers.

These VPs have direct connections with Chairman, CEO of Harbin and can get best quality and best price from Harbin, we have been in the cooperation for the last 60 years. (When Sinomach was the Ministry of Machinery and Electric Industry of China, Harbin, Dongfagn, Shanghai were only sub companies under Sinomach). Sinomach is Fortune 500 companies.

 

Success of power projects depend on a lot of factors, from the EPC side, it need experience and strength of engineering, design, procurement and construction, ability to get support from Eximbank China or other banks, full support of main equipments and auxiliaries producers support. For small EPC, it is only a dream never come truth to get these needed supports and resources, and big EPC , engineering companies, and producers such as Harbin, never have the mood to support the small ones. They are eager to work with Big brothers such as Sinomach and CMEC, ChinaCables.

 

For your 3x100 MW and 3x90MW and 3x65mw power projects, please send us technical documents and also financing and payment plan documents, so that I can talk with VPs (my close friends too) and let them feel the seriousness and readiness of the projects, and then help you to the next steps and final success of power projects.  it is better you arrange a visit to Beijing, so that we can meet and talk on your specific projects even from design stages. (design and engineering with Chinese comments also factors the satisfaction of your project completion).
