Please note the following on SGT400:

1-      Please let us know whether they use the sgt400 as Turbo generator  or Turbo Compressor. Plus do they have the LOG SHEET of the EOH already utilized?

2-      Some sgt400 units all over the world ( in Japan, USA, Iran, Germany, Australia,..)  have failed. Reason is the 1^st stage blade failure, Inner Inter Duct failure, Flat seal failure, etc.

3-      We  have the knowhow and technology to do the following on the existing  sgt400:

a-      Life extension on the existing Ct1 blades with guarantee with  exact EOH of the extended life.

b-      Most supplied units have DS CT1 blades. We can refurbish and recoat them with guarantee.

c-       We Can do life extension on the Inner Inter Inter Duct,  again with guarantee of useful new life. Plus bring the unit to its factory setting just as it was at Siemens Lincoln Factory.

d-      We can change lots of other defective parts

e-      We can provide the customer total up-grade of the existing units

4-      Single crystal CT1 blade can be supplied with useful life  of at  EOH 24000 and more. Delivery time is 12 month from date of order confirmation and down payment

5-      We can supply CT2 Blade and as well as  CT1 vane and CT2 vane  with longer life than  OEM

6-      New Inner Inter Duct can be supplied with at least EOH 24000.
