Perfect combustion structure:234 series engine is one of lowest fuel consumption high speed engines in the world, it has flat fuel consumption curve and thermal efficiency can be reach to 41%. Better exhaust (it passed the examination of IMO nitrogen oxides inspection). The normal smoke level‘≤2 Busch. 234 series engines are allowed long-term operation at 20% load condition. HC exhaust<500ppMatidle speed.
Perfect starting and speed up ability: like TBD234V8 engine. if Lub. oil’s viscosity up to 20W-40CDSAE20W-40 standard, it can be start successfully at-10 °C without any accessories. Loading time ‘≤ 10Sec.
High reliability, long life for use and convenient maintenance: the first overhaul time of normal application engine: 20000 hours.
Without special request for Lub.Oil.
