Main characteristic:
Perfect performance: the oil consumption at rated power ‘≤1g/kW.h, fuel consumption: 190 - 202g/kW.h.
High reliability and long life for use: the first overhaul time of normal application engine 24000 hours. The using life of main part can be reach to 40000 - 50000 hours, such as crankshaft and connection rod etc.
Perfect low load condition: The air inlet system choose" HALLO" technical to improves burning performance and reduces fuel consumption.
Perfect starting ability: Can be start successfully at-10°C without any accessories, Starting time <5Sec (warming engine).
Convenient maintenance: Simple and reliable structure and L line cylinders provides convenient maintenance and inspection. From survey hole on the side of cylinder block, you can disassembly and check the connection rod and connection rod bush directly.
Lower noise: Noise level at rated power <105 dBb(A) and it can be reduce to 90 dB(A) if using suitable damping measure. It would be provide a better working condition for operator.
Satisfies the request of NOx discharge of the IMO organization.

Main features: good economy, improved combustion at low load due to use of "HALLO" technology (smooth fuel consumption curve, quite low consumption even at part load), good startability and speed-up performance, high reliability, low noise and long service life (first overhaul interval up to 24000h), convenient to service. Based on TBD604B diesel engines, TBD620 diesel engines are uprated, and the crankcase structure is more proper, more robust, less deformation and can bear high explosion pressure. The two types of engines have no special requirement on fuel and can meet the requirement of IMO Nox emission. |
