2.1 Complete with:
TBD620V16 industrial engine, scope of supply as follows:
A Basic engine
Main fixed parts include: crankcase, cylinder head, cylinder liner, front end wall, back end wall etc.
Main moving parts include: piston, connecting rod, crankshaft, flywheel, torsinal damper etc.
B Air intake system
Air intake system includes: plate type air filter, charge air cooler, air intake pipe, crankcase breather (to air, with oil separator)
C Exhaust gas system
Consist of: exhaust main (with heat insulation shield), turbocharger (with heat insulation shield), exhaust elbow (with heat insulation shield), compensator and silencer (extra supply).
D Lubrication system
Consist of: electric lubrication pump (3kW/DC24V,loose), oil pump, oil filter, oil centrifugal pump, oil cooler, pressure reducing valve, oil pipe etc, which is closed circulation.
E Cooling system
Completed with HT/LT water pump, thermostat and heat exchanger.
F Fuel system
Fuel system is made up with: manual fuel pump, fuel delivery pump, fuel filter, injection pump, high injection pipe, injector and pipeline. Suction high for low pressure fuel delivery pump and manual fuel pre-pump is 2m.
The user shall mount a fuel pre-filter with fuel water separating function, filtering precision is no more than100μm, after fuel water separating, the water content should be�?/SPAN>200mg/kg.
G Starting system
DC24V 9kW electric starter (advise battery capacity is 200A.h×2), charging dynamo is 28V, 40A.
H Electrical system
Local Operation Panel
The engine is equipped with standard local operation panel (loose).
Without switchboard cabinet.
Alarm value settings:
Over speed protection, setting value is 113%~115% rated speed.
Alarm of HT cooling water temperature high, setting value is 90~92�?/SPAN>
Alarm of oil pressure low, setting value is 0.18~0.20MPa
Alarm and stop of too high oil pressure, setting value is 0.18~0.2MPa
Alarm and stop of high pressure of crankcase, setting value is 1.2kPa
