We need a few changes to the bus specifications.
1)  Tires and rim should be 20" rim size.

A: Specifications for the tires and rims are accurately designed and calculated, and they are in accordance with national standards,  the choice of the tire and rims affect the safety of the matching buses and cars. The recommended 11R22.5 tires are chosen to accurate calculation and to years of experience from practical operation, it is optimized.  We are sorry to inform you we can not change the tire and rim randomly.

2)  A.C. Separate Engine

A: the power for Air conditioning system is supplied by engine directly, and it is also supplied with a independent motor, one independent air compressor, so we believe we can meet your requirement.

3)  Seats should be 40 + 1(Driver + 1 Helper)

A: we can meet your seat requirement of 40+1, detailed seat arrangement should be to the specification in the quotation attachments

4)  Music system.

A: we will provide your required speaker, radio system and music player for you.

Please send your corrected  quotation with more photos of the engine and other parts.  Quotation  must include our 5% commission payable upon receipt of L.C and After delivery of the first lot from China.

A: For the Commission, normally we have standard commission agreement, the main point of the agreement is that commission should be paid proportional to the payment we are paid by your buyers.

5)  Color and color design I will provide later on.

A: we will paint to the color and design to your final requirement.

Please send your revised quotation C&F today .  Please treat this message as very very urgent.

A:  as you know that your buyer can only pay 20% advance payment, balance by L/C one year issued by Prime banks such as HSBC, .., our producer needs payment by T/T, we have to do a lot of consultation works and also the costs occurred from the payment arrangement. And for each unit of bus or car, our government requires special license for export to control the quality of the exported buses/coach/car, this will also need a lot of coordination too, costs will be increase, as well as time.
