We are one of the very rare companies in the world having the whole value chain (investment casting, machining and coating) in our control (under one roof) and have so far delivered 100,500 blades and vanes to the power generation market showing very high levels of reliability as a Non-OEM manufacturer, to the customers.

 

While we started our manufacturing activities under Siemens license (for V94.2 blades and vanes), we developed the knowledge we got from this technology transfer to do reverse engineering on other gas turbines (including GE and ALSTOM machines) and we were successfully providing power plants and other industries with our high quality products.

 

For GE-F9 (PG9171)E, we can supply all stage buckets and nozzles with following part numbers (for your information we have delivered 170 sets of these products out of our production lines to the power generation industries):

 

 

Our delivery time for the above items is 8-10 month from P.O and receiving advance payment in our account. We are ready to sell the items subject of your inquiry with the following terms and conditions:

 

 

1.      Delivery Time(FCA our factory): 8-10 months after signing the contract and advance payment.

2.      Payment:30% of the total after signing the contract as advanced payment ,70% before delivery

3.      Guarantee:8000 EOH or one year after delivery.

 

Regarding other items (shroud segments, Liner, T.P.) we have another sister company which produces these parts. I will check with tem and revert back to you ASAP.
