| Now we are providing two types of 150 tons of crawler cranes. One is QUY150A, another is QUY150C made in China.
QUY150A Hydraulic Crawler Crane is fabricated with the licensed technology from Hitachi Construction Machinery Co. ltd, Japan. It is a full power variation displacement, full hydraulic crawler crane.The key components such as the diesel engine, main pump, hydraulic motor, valves and the moment limiter are all supplied by famous brand anufacturers.The working attachments can be shift between clamshell, dragline and luffing hoist attashments. It is appropriate for hoisting, mounting and matreial handling tasks.This machine has very good perfomance with its PC controlled moment limier and hydraulic slavery devices which make it a low noise, high productivity and smooth running.
QUY150C is the upgrading product. It is the new product manufactured by our corporation through adopting domestic and international advanced technology for the purpose of meeting marketing demand. Except keeping the original free-fall function, this new model applies a lot of most advanced technology like electric control, CAN bus data transfer, variable motor, fault diagnosis etc. Large-scale structure adopts new structure design which makes the technical parameters of this new model get improved largely. The entire technical level achieves domestic lead and approach to international advanced level.
Main Features:
1.FES electric control, CAN bus interface and EC engine control accelerator in synchronism. There are Thumb push accelerator and pump controlling handle and automatic idle speed function.
2.Concealed reducer for hoisting, derricking winch, free fall function, compact structure.
3.Rope groove of drum adopts fold line type design, which makes wire rope can be arranged soundly, no wire tangling and have a long useful life.
4.Base and track, boom and platform are both connected through dynamic pins, which make the machine can be installed and disassembled fast.
5.Concealed traveling reducer motor, good passing capacity
6.New type cabin layout which provides comfortable working space, large front screen structure, sound isolation, full-access door and framed cover which can be disassembled partly are convenient for maintenance.
7.Folding A-frame structure, upright pulley block structure.
8.Boom foot is fitted with pulley block, self-erection function is realized.
9.All-over-welding and Hanging counterweight, up and down structure, strong exchangeability, slinky appearance.
