•    Accompanying the development of pressure vessel industry in nuclear power, thermal power and hydropower engineering, XG's pressure vessel plate was Re-approved by China Vessel Standard Committee (CVSC) in year 2011 for more types, and now its products cover all specifications indicated in the national standard-GB.  

•    Our competitiveness is with high-end products especially in super heavy plates, high strength quenched & tempered pressure vessel plates, etc. We have developed grade 600MPa high strength quenched & tempered pressure vessel plate: 90-145mm 13MnNBiMo5-4, 70-178mm SA299Gr.A, and other relevant high end products.

1. We supply all GB specifications of heavy plates with thickness*width up to 380mm*800mm to comply with custonmers�?individual needs. And besides, 43 product models are approve by CE and PED which meet foreign buyers needs and standards.

2. Molten iron pretreatment, LF+VD refining, liquid level controled automatically by crystallizer, dynamic slight pressure control,etc. All these advanced technology help to improve level of inpurity, free of inclusions and segregation of billets. They ensure the ingrediet distributed evenly and purity of steel.Overall element contains: O�?0ppm, N�?0ppm, H�?.5ppm, S�?.02%, P�?.015%.

3. Homogeneous products with class 1 degree of  differences in crystal size in thickness direction are ensured through treatment procedure as follows: rolling control, TMCP, normalizing, TMCP +tempering,etc.

4. Good performance in Z-direction(property against lamellar tearing).Overal level is controled between 55%-70%.

5. Yield strength is distributed in narrow range, fluctuating between 60-80MPa. This is much better than requiements of GB, enabling high capabilities of anti-destrcution.

6. Tiny  thickness effects appear in non-obvious stength decreasing when  the thickness is increasing. Losses of strength is below 20MPa.

7. Stable inside mechanical/chemical property, proven by 2 level ultrasonic testing.
