2 technical requirements
2.1 work system: S1
2.2 cooling: ICW37A86
2.3 protection degree: IP44
2.4 insulation class: f (b-class assessment)
2.5 installation: IM1001
2.6 motor suitable for static rectifying power supply power supply, its rectifier Pulse Rate should not be less than 6, at the rated speed and rated armature voltage and phase factor under rated load should not be less than 85%, peak ripple factor of the power supply does not exceed 6%.
2.7 current change rate (di/dt) allows to achieve 200IN/s.
2.8 motor allows the rated voltage and the rated speed range, continuous operation with 115% rated load. Under this load, low temperature and high, other characteristics may differ from the ratings that run under rated conditions.
2.9 after running short-time overload, the motor must be light load running, to keep the motor under load as a whole load of root-mean-square value for a specified period not exceeding the continuous rating.

3 motor main structure
3.1 uses the f class insulation. Stator, rotor f-grade solvent-free vacuum pressure integral impregnation (VPI).
3.2 welding between winding and commutator of armature winding and riser weld all use silver brazing.
3.3 motor adopts concentric compensating winding.
3.4 commutator trapezoidal copper using AG-CU alloy.
3.5 armature-free wedge structure.
3.6 motor shaft extension using a cylindrical key connection type.
3.7 used constant pressure of motor brush brush.

4.1 electrical outlet box on the right side viewed from the drive-end.
4.2 motor cooler, cooler water from the motor drive end on the left. Cooler supplied together with the motor body.
4.3 motor adopts imported bearing.

5 implementation of the standards
