10MW 4X6H32-40 Hyundai HFO Diesel Generator Power Station Quotation
1. SCOPE OF SUPPLY
The diesel power plant of 10MW electrical outputs with FOUR (4) diesel generating sets will be supplied to the client. The diesel engine generators are capable of operating parallel with each other and/or Grid. The Diesel Generating set shall be designed to produce electric power by HIMSEN ENGINE Type 6H 32/40 manufactured by Hyundai Heavy Industries, Co., Ltd. Generating sets voltage: 10.5kV, Frequency: 50Hz, PF: 0.8pf, Speed: 750rpm.
The main fuel is heavy fuel oil (HFO). Light fuel oil (LFO) is also used for stand-by fuel and start-up and shutdown.

2.2 Payment of the Maintenance Program
JC has agreed that the 1 year maintenance service charge is: (the charge includes spare parts during the contract period, JC's management charge, labor cost, overtime cost, emergency repair cost, transportation cost, and necessary testing equipment for maintenance personnel etc.).

3. Delivery time
Delivery time will be conditional to unsold production capacity. The equipment will be ready for shipment from our factory not later than 10 months after the date of signature of the JC Supply Contract and receipt of advance payment as defined therein.
4. WARRANTY
The warranty period shall be the earlier of (i) twelve (12) months from the commissioning or (ii) eighteen (18) months from the date of shipment.
5. VALIDITY
This offer is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of this offer.
6. REMARKS
1) All taxes and duties to be imposed are not included in our price.
2) The other terms and conditions of the contract shall be subject to mutual agreement.
