Power plant safety

4.1 接地

站内设联合接地网，发电机与低压系统接地采用TN-C-S系统，接地装置采用角钢L50×5×2500作为垂直接地体，采用扁钢-40×40作为水平接地体，为保证站内微机及自动化系统的可靠运行，接地电阻不大于4Ω。

Grounding

Joint grounding net shall be set up inside power plant. TN-C-S system is applied for Grounding system in the generator set and low voltage system. Grounding device is made by angle iron L50×5×2500 as vertical grounding unit and flat iron -40×40 as horizontal grounding unit. Grounding resistance shall be less 4Ωin order to make reliable operation of computer and automatic system in power plant.

4.2 消防

 Fire protection

4.2.1 消防对象

主要消防对象为燃气发电机组、燃气管线泄漏、低压控制房等。

Object of Fire protection

The fire protection is focused on these objects such as gas generator set, leakage of gas pipeline, low voltage control room, etc.

4.2.2 消防方式

Fire protection method

发电机组静音房内消防以移动式灭火器为主，如有条件可引一条消防水管线在附近设置消火栓进行安全保护。

Locomotive fire extinguisher is the main fire protection equipment inside soundproof engine room . It is recommended to install a water pipe line for fire fighting and set up a hydrant nearby to ensure safety.

4.2.3 消防内容

Item of fire protection

   a.燃气发电机组周围设置推车式磷酸铵盐灭火器和手提式磷酸铵盐灭火器；

Go-cart and portable phosphatic fire extinguisher should be mounted around gas generator set

   b.低压控制房设置推车式CO2灭火器和手提式CO2灭火器。

Go-cart and portable CO2 fire extinguisher should be mounted inside low voltage control room.

4.3 燃气报警及通风

Gas alarming and ventilation

发电机组的静音机房内安装有轴流风机，对机房内的空气进行强制通风。同时静音机房内设置燃气泄漏传感器，当燃气泄漏达到报警值时，低压控制房内的燃气报警控制器发出报警信号，提醒操作人员进行燃气泄漏查找并排除泄漏点。当燃气泄漏达到危险值时，燃气报警控制器发出报警信号的同时输出一开关信号给监控屏，监控屏控制电磁阀切断气源停机。

Axial flow blower shall be installed inside soundproof engine room to make compulsive air ventilation. Gas leaking sensor shall be equipped inside soundproof engine house, gas alarming controller inside low voltage control room shall send out an alarming signal when gas leakage is at the alarming value. It shall remind operators to check and eliminate gas leakage. Gas alarming controller makes a signal and output an on/off signal to monitoring panel when gas leaks up to the dangerous value. The monitoring panel control the electromagnetic valve to cut off gas supply, and then generator set stops.

4.4 危险防护

Protection to Danger

a、机组所有旋转部件装有防护罩，避免意外人身伤害；

All rotary parts in generator set shall equipped with shield so as to avoid injure to people.

b、高温部位设有隔热保温措施；

 Measures for heat insulation & preservation should be taken for the high temperature parts.

c、所有电气部分均可靠接地，并有明显的警示标致。电气设备布置满足节电设备的安全防护距离要求，设有必要的隔离措施和防止误操作的措施。

All electrical devices shall be grounded reliably with obvious caution sign. Electrical equipments shall be arranged according to requirement of safety distance of energy saving equipments. Necessary preventive measures for insulation and wrong operation shall be taken inside power plant.

4.5 环境保护

Environmental protection

4.5.1 排放

Emission

主要污染源来自燃气发电机组烟道排气。

The main pollution is from the exhaust gas of the gas generator set.

由于使用的燃料本身为洁净的天然气，所以几乎没有烟尘的排放。

Few dust is discharged from the generator set due to the clean natural gas fuel.

4.5.2 噪声防治

Noise prevention

对噪声源较强的设备加装有消声器，同时整套机组配套静音房，这样从声源上控制噪声大小,最大限度的降低噪音。

Silencer is mounted on the parts with heavy noise and the noise-prevention engine room is equipped for the generator set so to control and reduce the noise effectively.

5.我们的供货范围

5.1 设备情况

我们的供货范围包括天然气发电机组电站的设计、制造、供货、包装及运输、现场的安装调试指导、操作人员的培训。

The scope of product supply by SD includes the following items: design, manufacture, packing, transportation; guidance for on-site installation and training to operators or customers .

每个电站包括以下设备：

Every power plant includes the following equipments:

1）2台集装箱式天然气发电机组（底盘、发动机、发电机、静音机房）

   2 sets of container-type natural gas generator sets  (including frame, engine, alternator, soundproof engine room )

2）1台硅整流启动柜

One Silicon rectifier starting cabinet  

4）每台机组一套机组监控系统屏（采集与继电控制屏、监控屏、断路器屏）

One monitoring panel for each generator set ( Collecting and relay control panel, monitoring panel, breaker panel )

5）一台进线柜

   One Wire inlet box

6) 低压控制房

Low voltage control room

7）每台机组一套烟气换热器

One Heat exchanger (gas-gas) for each generator set

8）随机技术资料

    Special technical documentation

9）随机备件

   Special spare parts

10）随机附件

11）控制电缆（机组房至低压控制房的电缆，甲方在机组发运前15天提供控制线长度）

Control cable (cable from engine room to control room. Party A should inform Party B the cable length at least 15 days before delivery. )

5.3 产品质保期
