My supplier should is a leading parts and components supplier of Cylinder cover & Exhaust Assembly for the low speed diesel engines manufactured

in China. Mainly includes: Valve spindle, Valve seat, Cylinder cover, Valve cage, Air cylinder, Oil cylinder etc. This assembly is the exhaust executive

system of low speed diesel. It enables diesel engine exhaust via controlling the opening and closing the exhaust valve. At present, we mainly supply

Measured by three-coordination and special test equipments to guarantee the specifications. The cylinder bore diameter of the cylinder cover for low

speed engines is from Φ350mm to Φ980mm. The cylinder cover had been certified by almost all CCS in the world. It's mainly suitable for following

engines: MAN 50, 60, 70, 80, 90; Wartsila Flex-50 and RT48, 58, 72U, 84 etc.

cylinder liner

Compared with traditional cylinder liners, it has three innovations. First, whole surface strengthening of working, overcoming washboard effect

caused by strengthening of plasma belt and 100% strengthening area. Second, many high alloy elements bombard strengthening forms hard

structure of surface which resists abrasive wear. Third, there is a high-strength hardened layer whose HV reaches 600 to 900 and brittleness level 1to

2, i.e. it is with high hardness and good toughness. According to abrasive wear test carried by national tractor quality supervision and test center, its

wear resistance performance is good, which is over twice of qualified cylinder liner.
