A:  our lower speed high capacity generator usually adopt babbit metal bearing, so there is no worry on over heating problems. And further more complex bearing lubrication system are used in the generation bearings to lubricate and cool, there is oil throwing ring inside the bearing for lubrication, and externally there is cycling oil lubrication station. And the cycling oil will be cooled by cooler, to ensure the oil temperature is lower than 80 Celsius degree. So the generator will operate safely for years.

Is it possible to fix the spherical Roller bearing to suit for this generators? ( TFW/1500-48/3250 AND TFW/2000-48/3250 )  Is there any extra charges  for this , to make  our maintenance service  easy?

A: it is very difficult to use spherical roller bearing to bear such heavy rotor, due to vulnerable to damage. And our generator for both TFW/1500-48/3250 AND TFW/2000-48/3250, and other similar generator, we use babbit metal bearing/white metal bearing, and the complex oil lubrication system, the bearing can work for ten years or longer without change or service. But the rotor of the generator should be co-centered with the engine shaft or connections during installation.
