SJ Petroleum Machinery Co. is an important workover rig manufactory in China. SJ Petroleum Machinery Co. mostly products large-scale and medium type workover rigs and offshore workover rigs. Jianghan Petroleum Machinery Co. mostly products medium and mini type workover rigs. Market share inside China achieved more than 50%. And some products are exported to Kazakhstan, Syria, and other countries and areas.
SJ Petroleum Machinery Co. is the base of national materially technical arrangement and high and New-technology industries in Hubei, and it has been issued the ISO 9001 and the API Monogram Licenses. SJ introduces manufacturing technology about workover rig and sophisticated fabrication plant, is the largest workover rig manufacturer. By importing and tracking overseas advanced technology, independently developing and innovating, SJ has already had the capacity to manufacture a complete series of workover rigs, such as XJ150, XJ250, XJ 350, XJ450, XJ550, XJ650, XJ1000. Their maximum static load is round about 300 ~ 1800 kN. All of their operation structures are embarked on the car sill, as it is convenient to move and fix. Their chassis has strong ability of cross-country, and it is stable and reliable to work, used for workover task in the oil wells, depth from 1000 m to 8000 m. Their mating rig floor and fittings can complete sidetrack drilling and drilling task in medium or shallow wells.
In 1995, SJ Petroleum Machinery Co. began to develop and research offshore workover equipment. In 1998, for the Ocean Oilfield SJ designed and manufactured offshore rig rated 120 ton in Bohai, awarded the "National technical innovation excellent price in Ninth Five-year period". In 2003, SJ successively designed and manufactured the first whole set offshore drilling and workover equipment rated 180 ton in China. In 2004, SJ developed the first offshore workover rig rated 180 ton, droved by frequency conversion alternating current, which realized the aim to export offshore workover rig. SJ is one of the only two manufacturers that fabricate offshore workover rigs in China.

Technical specialty:
1, it adopts self-propelled chassis, has fair load distributing and strong ability of cross-country.
2, it superimposes mud pump and priming pump on the base of workover rigs. It gets power from power system on car sill in order to washover.

XJ250 wheel-type workover rigs

|
XJ250 wheel-type workover rig is a kind of single drum self-propelled workover equipment, which is engineered in the light of bad conditions of oilfields and close packed well position. It is equipped with self-propelled chassis, angle driving case, home-row drawworks, brake system, brake cooling unit, §±-shaped structure, double-section telescoping mast, 3¡Á4 floating system, weight indicator, hydraulic winch, as well as gas, liquid and electric circuit systems controlled by driller.
The model of its chassis driving type is 4¡Á4. Front and rear axles are equipped with heavy-load axles, front and rear driving equipment. It has strong ability of cross-country. It can separately pass the power to front axles, rear axles on the chassis, or to the drawworks system on the carriage. Hydraulic transmission can control speed of the workover equipment and chassis to increase the availability of engine power, decrease labor intensity of operating personnel. It is the ideal products to replace the older of products by new ones.

This series of workover rigs are suitable for oil, gas and water wells servicing within 3,200 meters and ideal equipment for workover job in oilfield due to its rational structure, sufficient power and service efficiency.
Features:
1. General standard chassis driven by rear axles or from and rear axles provides good off-road capacity and maneuverability.
2. Imported or homemade hydraulic transmission provides flexible transmission for service unit and utilizes engine power sufficiently.
3. Full-power PTO is equipped for transmitting power from chassis to service unit to improve engine power. Speeds are shifted by air control to reduce labor intensity.
4. Winch drum reels and arranges wireline automatically without any special apparatus. Crown is equipped with multi-spindle blocks to eliminate wireline tangling and prolong service life.
5. Strap brake is used for light, flexible, reliable and safe operation.
6. Air and hydraulic systems are controlled concentratively on the driller's console for easy operation.
7. Mast with various heights is available upon request. Mast lifting is easy and flexible. The surface of mast is aluminum spayed featuring excellent corrosion-proof capacity.
