ZJ40LDB module-type drilling rig is a new production developed by SJ. It includes all advantages of similar products to meet clients¡¯ requirements. It occupies less well field, applies all kinds of areas, including watery region, marsh, knap, mountainous area and so on. Its pump and rotary separately drive to settle conflict between blowout preventer substructure and driving substructure.
ZJ40LDB is a new module-type drilling rig. Its maximum hoisting load is 2250 kN. We use advanced module design and innovation conception, and design particular hoisted-self erection unit mast and module-type chassis. It is simpler than other similar drilling rigs.

ZJ30DBT pulling-type drilling rig is a kind of special-purpose drilling rigs driven by alternating current and frequency conversion engine. Drilling rig and substructure are pulling-type , the others are designed and manufactured with modularization type. Drilling rig is convenient to travel, used for drilling work in all kinds of ashore surrounding. Its work efficiency is high.
The drilling rigs adopt alternating current and frequency conversion driving technology. Drawworws, rotary table are independently driving, adopt stepless speed regulation. Mainframe and substructure are semi-pull type. The equipment adopts technology of truck-mounted drilling rigs, so its design and manufacture cycle is short, traveling speed is quick, occupancy expenses are low, but capability is good. Substructure background is pull type. Minimum turning semidiameter is less than 16 m. Special equipment of drilling rigs consists of hoisting system (consist of drawworks system and brake system, auxiliary dynamic braking), floating system (crownblock, wireline, traveling block), mast and auxiliary equipment (elevator link, square bushing, flat bushing, Kelly spinner, air spider, manual tong), rotary system (rotary table, swivel), control system (hydraulic, gas, electric, drilling instrument), annex and so on.

ZJ15T pulling-type drilling rigs |
|
ZJ15 pulling-type drilling rigs are new developed pulling-type drilling equipment by SJ. Their maximum load of hook is 1125 KN, mast height is 34m, drilling depth is 1500 m (4-1/2" drill pipe), substructure height is 4.5 m. They are used for drilling and workover of medium or deep depth oil or gas wells.
They are equipped with single drum drawworks, spraying main drum, 22" SR hydrobrake and hand operating device balancing band brake. They are used for diversified working.
Special-purpose pulling-type chassis, optimum design, gears are hung by spring. dual tire and three axles, wheels are 11.0-20.
Mast: two-section telescopic mast, hydraulic hoisting and telescoping. Slant angle is 3.5o, screw rod accommodate, balance test, scorearc is designed with corresponding wireline according to API 8C. On sheaves is equipped with instrument that can prevent pipe out. Axles of crownblock are handled with heat treatment and defect detection. Crownblock platform is equipped with guard bar.
Driving system: high speed diesel engine, hydraulic machinery transmission system, equipped with national KT19-C450 diesel engine, capability of which is good, diesel engine is equipped double-cylinder air compressor and generator. Equipped BY500 hydraulic driving transfer case, starting torque of which is great, driving calmly, hydraulic clutch and PTO, and power clutch performance of hydraulic oil pump.
Floating system: 4*5 form, equipped with traveling block and high quality special-purpose drilling pipe.
Hydraulic, gas, electric control system: hydraulic, gas, electric control centralized, chief hydraulic and gas products are equipped with imported products, quality and capability of which is well and safe. Air respirator is handled with stage purification and freezes protection. All kinds of wigwag indication and electrical equipment of instrument panel make use of direct supply rated pressure 24 V and negative pole connection. Workover drawworks, mast and illumination in oilfield adopt alternating current power supply rated pressure 220 V and frequency 50 HZ. Light fitting uses explosion proof light.
