The 10MW Gas Power Station Quotation
1. SCOPE OF SUPPLY
This project is a gas engine power plant in India. The power station has a total power generation capacity of 10MW at the Reference Site Conditions. Four (4) 12V26/32 gas engine generating sets and waste heat recovery power generation system will be supplied to the client.
The gas engine generators are capable of operating parallel with Grid.
The gas engine generating sets will be designed to produce electric power by gen-sets 12V26/32 manufactured by JDEC. Generating sets voltage: 11kV, Frequency: 50Hz, PF: 0.8pf, Speed: 1000rpm.

The equipment will be designed and constructed for operation at following conditions:
- Ambient Air temperature (blower inlet air temp.): 25oC
- Total barometric pressure: 1000 mbar (100m AMSL)
- Cooling water temperature: 33oC
- Relative humidity: 85%
- Cooling system: Radiator Cooling

3. Delivery time
Delivery time will be conditional to unsold production capacity. The equipment will be ready for shipment from our factory not later than 10 months after the date of signature of the JDEC Supply Contract and receipt of advance payment as defined therein.
4. WARRANTY
The warranty period shall be the earlier of (i) twelve (12) months from the commissioning or (ii) eighteen (18) months from the date of shipment.
5. VALIDITY
This offer is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of this offer.
6. REMARKS
1) All taxes and duties to be imposed are not included in our price.
2) The other terms and conditions of the contract shall be subject to mutual agreement.
