26/32 series Gas engines technical features
26/32 series gas engine are introduced series of high-power gas engine for meet the long-distance pipeline compressor drive power, offshore drilling platform power, market power and other high-end market demand, with high efficiency, low emission, green, environmentally friendly and so on. Have 16V26/32 natural gas engines and 12V26/32 natural gas engines are currently in the research model at Jichai.
(1) The high-power gas multi-point injection, lean-burn technology: multi-point injection technology, through the use of pre-combustion chamber and the main combustion chamber combustion chamber structure to achieve lean combustion. Through the use of the Miller cycle, to achieve higher thermal efficiency and lower NOx emissions.
(2) The high-power engine supercharger matching techniques: VGT turbocharger and exhaust bypass type to meet different load and pressurized match different operating point.
