Functions
|
The PCK1-RB500 control panel has comprehensive protecting function for over-current, short circuit, reverse power, low frequency and low voltage etc.
It also has the functions of semiautomatic quasi-synchronism, automatic power factor adjustment.
PCK1-RB500 can also cooperate with TEM system and monitoring instrument, to monitor water temp, oil temp, oil pressure and speed of the engine. Once threat emerges, control panel will alarm and automatically switch off for protection. |
The PCK1-RZ500 control panel has comprehensive protecting function for over-current, short circuit, reverse power, low frequency and low voltage etc.
It also has the functions of automatic quasi-synchronism, load distribution and automatic power factor adjustment.
PCK1-RZ500 can analyze the condition of the grid, once the grid is shut down, it can cut the gas generator set from the grid until the grid start to work again, then automatically recover the connection.
The control panel can also cooperate with TEM system and monitoring instrument, to monitor water temp, oil temp, oil pressure and speed of the engine. Once threat emerges, control panel will alarm and automatically switch off for protection. |

Requirements for gas source: Inside the gas pipeline, within the range of 1m before gas pressure regulator, the temperature of natural gas �?5 �?Gas pressure should within the range of 80-300kPa;
Methane content of natural gas�?70%;LHV 32~45MJ/ Nm3;
H2S content �?50mg/nm3; Sulphur content �?80mg/Nm3;
Diameter of impurities �?μm; Content of impurities �?0mg/Nm3;
No free water or light diesel.
For the optimization of system performance, users should provide data of gas composition and pressure to us.
