Questions and answers on QD100 or QD 100A power plant by using GE10 gas turbine sets.

1, For Power 15 MW by using this QD100 or QD 100A  have to do with how many units.

A: under ISO condition, QD100 single cycle can generate 10mw power, and combined cycle can generator 15mw power. But the actual generation capacity will change to site condition and gas content, so it is better to provide site condition data and fuel analyst report so that we can optimize your project, by complete the questionnaire attached.

2, its gas consumption to 15 MW how many per hour.

A: under condition of ISO and 100% content of methane in natural gas, the QD100gas turbine generator set consumes around 3617Nm3/h. when the methane content is lowered, gas consumption will increase. Usually methane content is natural gas is about 90%-98%

3, how widespread the use of land for this QD100 Or QD 100A
A: the site area for single cycle and combined cycle of QD100 power is respectively 70 SQM and 100SQM.

4. its unit price how much?

A: the preliminary quotation  FOB China port price of single cycle QD100 power plant is about 9,050,000USD per unit, and combined cycle QD100 power plant is about 13,292,307USD per unit. If the natural gas supply system does not need compressor system, then quotation can be reduced.

5, the total  price of installation how much?

7. With regard to our EBS project of 60-200 MW, what are the advantages of the GE10 gas turbines above the MAN or Hyunday HFO power generators?

A: For the 60-200mw power projects, we can line up more than 1 unit to configure to your demanded 50-100mw pow, er projects by using our QD100 or QD100A GE10 gas turbine generator sets each around 10mw unit, and you can start or stop the units depending on the actual required power capacity to be generated to achieve availability and saving fuel and operation, and maintenance cost.

8. Can these gas turbines use HFO and or Crude oil?A: But for fuel, it is rather not using HFO or crude oil due to that the HFO and crude oil needed hfo treatment system and also heating boiler to adjust the viscosity of the HFO/crude oil before feeding into engine, and also will have negative effects on the turbine system. So the ideal fuel for our QD100/GE10 gas turbine genset are gas and distillate diesel oil or light diesel oil.
