CWTW has formed a complete set of perfect quality control system in the designing and manufacturing of over 60 years and has started to carry out the system of Total Quality Control from 1980 and put into effect the series standard of ISO9000 “QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY CNOTROL�?from 1992. Up to date CWTW has built the Quality Control System in accordance with the Chinese standard GB/T19001-ISO9001 “Quality Control Pattern of Quality System, Design, Development, Production, Installation and Service�?to ensure that the whole course from the contract judgment /examination to designing, to purchasing of material, to manufacturing, to sub-supplied parts, to packing and delivering as well as after-service achieves demand of “QUALITY FIRST and CUSTOMERS SUPREME�? CWTW has gained the ISO9001:1994 QUALITY SYSTEM CERTIFICATE�?awarded by China Quality Certification Center For Import And Export Commodities on Feb 1, 2000 and also passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 standard on Jan 28, 2003 and Mar 9, 2006.
 
    According to the quality control system, the working/management duty of all the departments is as follows:
1.  The “Quality Control Dept.�? led directly by the president, is in charge of the following works:
1.1                 Organization, co-operation, checking and supervision of quality works  in/inter-workshop/departments and supervision of quality works in/inter-workshop/depts
1.2                 Assignment of control targets and compile of plans and control systems for different levels.
1.3                 Organizing and supervising the execution of these plans by means of strict liability system.
1.4                 Organizing quality training of the staffs/works in order to strengthen their  quality senses.
1.5                 Mobilizing the staffs/works in participating quality improvements and quality control activities, in order to promote the quality grade of our products.
 
2.              The “Inspection Dept.�?is in charge of inspection works, which which are carried on through the whole process of manufacturing from the material purchase to assembled product, according to relevant standards and contract specifications. A quality certificate shall be issued to each produce the fore delivery. Advanced inspection methods, such as NDI are applied to main and key parts/components, by qualified inspectors. This dept. is responsible for not only routine inspections, but also performance tests when such tests are possible to be performed in the workshop. The inspections have to follow certain strict procedures and results of each step are carefully recorded.
 
3.              The "Sales Dept." analyses market provides customers specifications of our products helps customers to know our quality system and to select the most suitable equipment they need replies any written demand and comment from the customer and sign product contacts.
 
4.              The "Design Dept." designs the products to meet the customer's specification and relevant standards. So they possess reliable performance and excellent quality. The whole design work is also supplemented with CAD. By doing so, our product quality has already promoted to the leading place in the domestic market.
 
5.              The "Process Dept." is responsible for compile of processing procedures (cards), including machining, fabrication, casting, heat treatment etc, checking the execution of these procedures, adopting advanced, practical and new processing methods, technologies and materials in supplementing our existing conventional ones. Continuously improve our processing managing level and establish quality checkpoints through out the key processing’s.
 
6.              The " Research Dept." is responsible to develop new products, to perform model efficiency tests for bulb turbines and Pelton turbines and other tests, and to provide Design Dept. and Process Dept. test results and data.
 
7.              The " Measuring Center " has a strict calibrating system for the measuring devices, which are tracked with periodically calibrated records. Their works involve with the measurements of length, teat, mechanics and electric's. They have to keep all the gauges, meters and other measuring devices accurate and unified. This department has been qualified as National Grade �?measuring center.
 
8.              The " Equipment Dept." is in charge of the management's of all the equipment running in the workshops. There are strict managing systems, operation rules, and maintenance systems in keeping them at least 90% in good running conditions. Measures are taken to increase working capacity and to up grade the accuracy of some special equipment to meet some quality requirements of the products.
 
9.              The "Tool Dept." has enough machining and heat treatment equipment to produce qualified fixtures and special tools, which are used in product manufacturing.
 
10.      The "Material Supply Dept." has strict systems for material purchase, storage and distribution. All materials bought in must b checked according to requirements submitted by the Design Dept. before storage/distribution. If any material has to be substituted, is must follow certain procedures and approvals.
 
11.      The "Production Management Dept." uses bar charts and net diagrams in compiling weekly/monthly-working plans. Their task is to make the production even and to assure delivery prompt.
 
12.      The "Work Shops" work must follow the main quality control system. They have to compile their own sub-systems and concrete working procedures, and establish control points and quality control groups among the workers.
 
13.      The " After Service Dept." complies their own management systems and rules, lays out service net diagrams, and establishes customer's documents. They have to track the working conditions of the sold products periodically and help to eradicate any existing trouble.
