| Quotation on 12mw Steam Turbine Generator sets
Dear sir,
After checking your preliminary technical requirement, we offered the following for lead to discussion.
The buyer’s requirements:
We require 10/12 M.W. steam power generation turbine to be matched with three Nos 21 tone capacity Boiler with 24/25 pressure for Co-Generation of power in our Sugar Factory at Badamba, Dist. Cuttack, Orissa, most immediately.
Please send us your offer with last bargaining price along with details of turbine along with alternator, panel, cooling turbine and other accessories with minimum possible delivery position along with the Telephone & Fax Nos of the persons to be contacted immediately
We require one STG set to be coupled with 3 nos of 21 Tonnes Boiler making our total steam output to 63 tonns .
We are looking for Extraction cum Condensing turbine or we can also go fully condensing turbine .
Inlet steam pressure is 21 Bar ata.
Inlet steam temperature is 350C.
Extraction steam flow requirement is 15 TPH with Extraction Pressure 2 (Kg/cm2g) for process during the sugar season only i.e for 3 months. Rest for nine months we will be not be requiring it.
Boiler feed water temp would be 105 C.
Water-cooled Condenser.
Generator Voltage requires 50 HZ, 11 KV.
We would also like to know the Steam consumption/requirements for 1MWof power based on the extraction we require as it will help us in making our decision either to go for Extraction cum Condensing or fully Condensing STG.. We would also like to know the earliest possible time for the delivery.

Boiler feeding water temperature: 105 Celsius degree, inlet steam flow: 63 t/h
Exhaust steam pressure: 0.0075Mpa Steam consumption: 5.075 kg/kw.h
Quotation:
Quotation for N12-2.1 Type steam turbine is: 598,656.72USD per Unit.
Quotation for 12000KW 6300/10500V generator: 336,940.30 USD per Unit.
Remarks: due to lower steam flow and pressure, it is impossible to design extraction condensing.
So we offered pure condensing turbine.
