| There are two plans chosen by customer. |

| 1. Supervision for installation and commissioning |
| The contractor will assign 12-16 enginneers to supervise the power plant building and commissioning. |
| The salary for each enginner is about USD2500 per month per person, and all transport fee,lodging and food, insurance, medical treatment, immigrant departments shall be borne by the customer. |

| 2. Turnkey for the whole power plant (civil and construction not included) |
| The contractor will assign about 20-30 engineers to be responsible for the installing and commissioning of the whole power palnt. The contractor will be responsible for the following activities: |
| Provision of all supervision, labour, site vehicles, dunnage, communications equipment, consumables, materials, tools, and special tools necessary for the complete machanical and electrical installation of the power station and ancillary items. |
| Provision of all temporary scaffolding, work platforms, guards, barries, fencing and hand rails required fro the installation and commissioning of the works. |
| Unloading of the power station equipments at the plant site and transport of equipment for installation and unloading at the power station site.Inland transportation from port to site should be done by buyer. |
| The contractor will be responsible for establishment on site. This shall include, but not necessarily limited to, all necessary costs involved in supply, mobilisation, demobilisation and on-going costs, tool containers, consumable containers and other items required for site installation. The dis-establishment, including removal and disposal of all items used for stored on site during the contracting plus the restoration of the site as specified after completion will be the responsibility, and at the cost of the contractor. |
| Provision of all special tools required for installation and maintenance of the equipment supplied. |
| Alignment of mechanical drives. |
| pre-commissioning checks of meahanical equipment including flushing and cleaning of all hydraulic or pneumatic pipe-work.All the first fill of fuel, oil, lubricants, water should be finished by buyer. |
| Provision of quality documentation including installation records and pre-commissioning/ commissioning checklists. |
| Pre-commissioning of electrical switchgear and generator control systems if equipments supplied by contractor. |
| Training of operators and maintenance personnel during pre-commissioning of the power station in operation and fault finding. Manuals will be provided for training. And if the buyer wishes to send their people to China facility, training is free, but other travelling, lodging and boarding fees should be provided by buyers. |
| Contractor's staffs working on site should obey with the principals procedures for site access, inductions, work permits and safety tagging. But all the costs and fees for applying buyer's country approvement to work there and other related immigrant fees, and related taxes should be paid by buyers. |
| Provision of site installation schedule and commissioning schedule. |
