| COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Time of Delivery : The delivery time of the steam turbine shall be 10, 12 and 14 months FOB China by three shipment after the contract become effective.
- Payment Terms; �?/B>
i. 10% of the total contract price shall be paid as down payment by customer by means of telegraphic transfer, within 15 days after signing the contract against 10% Back Guarantee.
ii. 30% of the total contract price shall be paid by the customer by means of telegraphic transfer, within 15 days after receiving the relative drawings.
iii. The payment of the rest 60% of total contract price shall be made by an acceptable irrevocable confirmed and unconditional Letter of Credit at sight opened by an acceptable, Customer’s Bank and in favor of the Seller within 200 days after signed the contract.
- Performance Bank Guarantee �?Within 30days before shipment, the Seller shall issue a Performance Bank Guarantee through Seller’s Bank in favor of the Customer. The guaranteed amount shall be 5% of the total contract price.
- Custom duty & clearing charge: To your account.
- Port to site transportation charge �?To your account.
- Warranty: Seller warranty for the normal operation of turbine & generator will be in 12 months from trial operation or 18 month from shipment whichever is earlier. Seller will be responsible for the repair and parts replacement on his cost.
- Erection & Commissioning: Seller will be sending five technical specialists to the working site for supervision of erection and commissioning of the unit and training for customer’s personnel. Moreover Seller will send two Chinese personnel deployment for three month post commissioning period during operation.
- Total Completion Period; 20 months from the date of receipt of commercially cleared PO and the down payment.
