1.1Main Parts of power Plant

QDR20 type combined gas turbine power station mainly includes three portions.QDR20 gas turbine genset, heat-recovery boiler (only needed for combined or cogeneration) plus Steam turbine generator, and civil engineering, periphery civil works. QDR20 type gas turbine genset operation process is that AC generator driven by WJ6G1 type core turbine to generate electricity, and recovery boiler utilizes the high temperature exhaust flue gas to product steam for consumer using in their works or lives. That is heat-electricity co-generating genset system. And if the steam is used to propel the Steam Generator, then it is called combined cycle power plant. Combined cycle plant will increase the heat efficiency.

 

1.2 Main Equipments of the power plant

Main equipments include core gas turbine, specific coupling, AC syn-generator, genset skid and underbase, gas fuel regulation equipment, turbine lubrication oil system, generator lubrication including heating oil system, electrical package, fire and gas detection and steam extinguish system, intake air filter, turbine site ventilation intake and exhaust system, silencer for genset, exhaust equipment of turbine, genset holding down bolts.

 

1.3 Civil and construction

Civil works of power station include genset chamber, cooling water pool, crane rail on genset site, centre controlling chamber, electrical chamber, auxiliaries room, boiler site, gas fuel increasing pressure and controlling equipments, periphery roads, enclosure of power station, lighting, water supply, earthening, lightning resistor, air-conditioner, ventilation fan, fire protection equipments, genset silencing door on site, observation windows and so on associated hidden civil works.

1.4 Seller supply

The seller undertakes the front portions that include manufacturing, genset package, installation, testing, commissioning and delivery with full guarantee with one year or 8000 running hours of gas turbine.

 

1.5 Buyer’s supply

The buyer undertakes site civil works and periphery engineering and civil construction.

The termination or interface points of the projection can be confirmed when two parts discuss technical and commercial terms.

The consumer supplies QDR20 type genset natural gas fuel, pipelines convey steam at pressure 1.27Mpa temperature 300�? water at pressure above 0.35Mpa complying with civil drinking water standard and accepts output electricity. The generator plate voltage is 10.5 or 6.3 kilo-voltage. and supplies starting power with capacity 315KVA.communication connection, associated termination points, cooling and soften water which boiler intake water connected from outside power station 1m far Low-voltage source inputs low-voltage chamber. High-voltage electricity output from station. Natural gas fuel inputs filter termination point. Steam pipelines connected after reducing temperature and pressure equipment. 3. Quotation Remarks

3.1 The QDR20 gas turbine is adopted from gas turbine from military usage and reconditioned to achieve high quality.

3.2 The QDR20 gas turbine genset is of containerized type, but does not inclue cubicle for control systems and panels.

3.3 The validity is of six months

 

The gas turbine power plant will be shipped to site for installation, each gas turbine genset needs one container, and balance equipments need one 40 feet standard container. Total weight is about 80 tons.

 

5.1 Delivered within 10 months

5.2 Installation period: if everything is ready, 60-90 days after equipments shipped to site.

5.3 Commissioning: all the needed condition met at site, including cooling water, grid netword, fuel and gas, then commissioning will be finished in 20 days.

5.4 Warranty: one year after delivery, or 8000 hours for gas turbine.

 

The average annual cost for spare parts for one unit of gas turbine genset is about 26000 USD for Ex-works quotation.
