Dear Sir,

We are pleased to offer you Ge Jenbacher Power generation equipment with all required accessories,
designed for Stationary, continuous operation, as described in this offer and attached specifications.

The plant consists of 10 pieces Ge Jenbacher JGS 616 GS-N.L, with the total output specified at the
generator terminals of 19.500 KWe.
The power plant common auxiliaries are designed for 2 x 5 pieces JGS 616 GS-N.L

Price:
The total price for the mentioned power plant is EUR 4000,000.=
Units can also be bought piece by piece, price per J616 unit will be EUR 450.000,=

Price conditions:
The price is firm for delivery of the power plant not later than February, 2009.
Price does not include transportation and insurance costs, customs duty, taxes or any charges outside
the country of origin.

Payment terms:
50 % signature of the sales contract (advanced payment)
40 % against shipping documents
10 % after starting up and functional testing

All payments except advanced payment are to be effected under an irrevocable letter of credit, payable
at sight through a bank nominated and confirmed by Tamcos.



The Letter of Credit shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Tamcos and shall have reached our
nominated bank not later than 2 weeks after signature of the contract.
All charges in connection with the letter of Credit including confirmation charges shall be paid by the
buyer.


Delivery time:
The equipment will be ready for shipment within 4 weeks after the starting date.
The starting date is the first business day on which all of the following requirements are fulfilled;
- signature of the Tamcos sales contract
- receipt of the advance payment
- letter of credit is opened and accepted by Tamcos

Validity:
The equipment is subject to prior sale.
This offer is valid as long as the equipment is available, Tamcos has the right to sell the equipment to
the first buyer who has fulfil all requirements and can withdraw it from the market without publishing
the details of any buyer.
