Basis Structure of Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Generator Set
整个热电联供电站由天然气发电机组、静音房、余热利用部分�低压控制房等组成�?/DIV>
天然气发电机组包括:天然气发动机、发电机、监控部分�电力部分等�
天然气发动机包括:燃气进气部分�冷却部分、润滑部分�启动部分、排气部分等�?/DIV>
The complete CHP power plant is consisted of natural gas generator set, soundproof room, waste heat utilization system and low voltage controlling room.
The natural gas generator set includes natural gas engine, alternator, monitoring and controlling system and electric device.
The natural gas engine includes: gas intake system, cooling system, lubrication system, starting system, and exhaust system.
2.1      燃气进气部分
Gas intake system
燃气与空气预混合,达到所需��燃比后进入气缸,由点火部件点燃�一��包括减压阀�停机电磁阀�混合器等。其中混合器、点火线圈�高压线�磁电机均为世界知名品牌产品�
After gas mixtures with air till it is at the required A/F ratio, it shall flow into the cylinder and then is ignited by ignition system. The gas intake system is consisted of pressure regulator, magnetic valve for stopping engine, carburetor and others. Of that, carburetor, igniting coil, high voltage wire and magneto for the generator set are of the renowned brands in the world.
3.1.1 气源要求
    Requirements for Gas Resource
1)燃气不含游离水或其它游离杂质,如果有,气体应经过干燥脱水和过滤�?/DIV>
 There is no free- water or other free-impurity in gas fuel. If not, it should be dried, dehydrated and filtered before applied.
2)若温度过高,还应经过冷却器,并保证燃气中无液�成分�?/DIV>
 If temperature is extremely high, gas should be cooled by cooler to be sure that there is any liquid content.
3)粉尘颗粒小�?微米,粉尘�含量不大�?0毫克/立方米;
 Impurity size is smaller than 5 micron (μm), and impurity content below 30mg/m3 .
4)硫化氢含量小于30毫克/立方米;
Hydrogen sulfide content in the gas is below 30 mg/m3
5)发电机组正常运行时,需要机组调压阀前气源压力不低于100kPa�?/DIV>
While the generator set operates correctly, it is necessary to keep the gas resource pressure before the pressure regulator above 100kPa
3.1.2 燃气进气配置
   Configuration of Gas intake system
从气源来的燃气�管线在发电机组房外分为支管线,分别为2台机组供气,气源总管线管径不小于DN80,机组支管线为DN50�?/DIV>
The common gas pipe from the gas resource shall be branched outside the engine room of generator set and shall deliver gas to two generator sets. The diameter of the common gas pipe should be not below DN80 and the gas manifold not below DN50.
3.1.3 用户气源要求
     Requirements for customer on gas resource
用户在订购前请提供天然气成分表�温度、压力�流量等情况,以便我们核查机组的配置是否合适,以保证机组的长期连续稳定运行�?/DIV>
Before ordering, customers should offer us the natural gas composition, temperature, pressure, flow and others so that we can check the generator set configuration for correctness to ensure it operating continuously and reliably.
2.2      冷却部分
Cooling System
冷却系统主要由高温水泵�低温水泵、多风扇散热器�机油冷却器�中冷器及冷却管系等组成,采用强制水冷、高低温独立的循环冷却方式,对气缸套、气缸盖、增压后空气、机油等进行冷却,满足机组运行需要�
The cooing system is consisted of high-temp. and low-temp. water pump, multi-radiators, oil cooler, intercooler and cooling water pipes. The engine covering cylinder line, cylinder head, turbocharged air and lub-oil are cooled by the cooling method with forced cooling water in independent high and low –temp. recycling cooling system, which makes sure that the generator set is in operation correctly.  
燃气发电机组冷却系统循环水可采用软化水或防冻液�
注意:如果用户所在地区最低气温≤5℃时,必须使用防冻液,否则会造成机组重大损坏�?Soften water or antifreeze is adapted for recycling cooling water in the engine.
Note: If the generator set shall operate in the area where the lowest temperature is �?�? anti-freezer should be used to prevent the generator set from a serious damage.
发动机循环冷却水的要求如下:
Recycling cooling water for the engine should conform to the requirements as follows.
冷却水应选用略呈碘�的清洁软化水,不得含有腐蚀�的化合物,如氯化物�硫酸盐和酸等,不得直接用海水、井水�泉水及工业废水�含盐、含碱的水作为冷却水�?/DIV>
Clean soften water should be chosen for the engine without any corrosive and component such as chloride, sulfate or acid and should be slightly alkaline. Never fill water directly from sea, well, fountain, industrial waste or salt and alkaline water into the engine.
冷却水主要技术要求如下:
硬度�?nbsp; Water hardness value    0.7�?.3    ME/L
氯离子含量Chlorine content    �?50       mg/L
PH�?PH value              6�?.5�?/DIV>
 冷却水质量的好坏,不仅直接影响发动机的冷却效果,而且对使用寿命也有较大影响�不合格的冷却水容易产生水垢,甚至堵塞流道,对零部件产生严重腐蚀��用,破坏密封元件(如水封)的密封性等。因此,在使用中应严格控制冷却水的质量�为减少或避免冷却系统中机件的腐蚀和水垢覆积,冷却水中应加入�量的防锈乳化液�
Cooling water quality may have a direct effect on cooling and service life of the generator set. The unqualified cooling water shall create water scale easily, which can block water passage and corrode the parts seriously and damage the sealing parts (for example: water sealer). Quality of cooing water must be controlled strictly. A suitable amount of antiseptic oil should be filled into cooling water to reduce corrosion or scale settlement.
常用防冻液有甘油—水和乙二醇—水两类,其配制方法见下表四�?/DIV>
Generally, there are two kinds of anti-freezers, one is glycerol-water and the other one is glycol –water, which are made according to table 4.

注意:使用防冻液时,选用冰点要比使用地区最��温度�?℃,先按冰点较高的组成比例配制,逐步添加乙二醇或甘油�?/DIV>
Note:  Freezing point of anti-freezer is at least 5�?lower than the extreme lowest temperature on site. Initial make –up of anti-freezer shall be made on the highest freezing point and then add glycerol or glycol gradually.
多风扇水箱上装有膨胀水箱,用于补给水和多风扇水箱加水用�多风扇水箱有多个风扇,并不是同时打开,�是根据机组冷却水温的变化由监控系统自动控制其打开或关闭,从�有效控制机组冷却水温度在要求范围内�
On the multi-radiators is equipped with an expanding water tank to supplement water or fill water for the radiators. The multi-radiators are made up of several fans, which shall open and close automatically controlled by a monitoring system according to the temperature of gen-set cooling water, but not open at the same time, so temperature of gen-set cooling water is controlled within the required range.
3.3 润滑部分
润滑部分主要由机油泵、机油滤清器、离心滤清器、各种调节阀及润滑管系等组成。主油道压力是机组运行中监测的一重要指标,其压力过低会�成润滑效果不好,一��主油道压力控制在0.4-0.8MPa范围�?低于0.3MPa监控系统就会报警�?/DIV>
Lubricating system is consisted of oil pump, oil filter, centrifugal filter, different regulators and lubricating pipes. Oil pressure in the main oil gallery is a critical index which is measured while the engine operating. For low oil pressure shall have a bad influence on lubrication, oil pressure in main oil gallery shall be controlled at the range of 0.4 to 0.8MPa. If it is below 0.3MPa, the monitoring system shall alarm at once.

道依茨燃气机组用润滑油要求:

Requirement for Lub –oil by Deutz generator set

190系列燃气机组用润滑油要求�?/DIV>
应符合关于机油的指标要求,规定可使用15W40CD�?5W40CC发动机机油,或以更高级别的柴油机油代替�
若用户地区无规定牌号的机油,可按表五所��的质量指标�择润滑油�?/DIV>
Requirement for Lube –oil by SD Brand generator set
Lube–oil index should conform with requirements of SD on engine lube- oil. It is recommended that 15W40CD or15W40CC shall be applied in the engine. It can be replaced with the Lube-oil with higher grade of oil for diesel engine.
If there is no required oil available, it is recommended to choose the oil according to the quality index described in Table 5
