3. Packing: Export standard wooden Packing
4. Terms of Payment:
Advance payment by T/T--30% of total contract value as advanced payment, other 70% payment before delivery.
5. Insurance: -------to be offered by the buyer.
6、Delivery time
3 month after seller received irrevocable L/C at sight in favor of the seller or T/T.
7. Installation and commission:
Our company will send two technicians for installation and commission，all the fee including the air ticket, traffic ,living condition and insurance in abroad will be provided by the customer and also provide to the technicians 150 dollars each day.
8. Quality/Quantity Discrepancy and Claim:
In case the quality and /or quantity are found by the buyers to be not in conformity with the contract after arrival of the goods at the port of destination, the buyers may lodge claim with the sellers supported by survey report issued by China inspection organization agreed upon by both parties, with the exception, however, of those claims for which the insurance company are to be held responsible. Claim for quality discrepancy should be filed by the buyers within 30 days and claim for quantity within 15 days after arrival of the goods at the port of destination. The sellers shall, within 30 days after receipt of the notification of the claim, send reply to the buyers.
9. Force majeure :
In case of the Force majeure , the sellers should not be held responsible for late delivery of non-delivery of the goods but shall notify the buyers by cable. The sellers shall deliver to the buyers by registered mail, if so requested by the buyers, a certificate issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade or and competent authorities.
10. Arbitration:
All dispute in connection with this Contract or the execution thereof shall be settled by negotiation between two partied. If no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall then be submitted for arbitration in the country of defendant in accordance with the arbitration regulations of the arbitration organization of the defendant country. The decision made by the arbitration organization shall be taken as final and binding upon both parties. The arbitration expenses shall be the losing party unless otherwise awarded by the arbitration organization.
