Introduction to Gas Turbine
Gas turbine has the following features: fast start and stop, Load faster and few pollution emissions etc. 1# gas turbine genset can not only burn single light oil or single gas as fuel, but also use mixed fuel of oil with gas. In the course of operation, it is easy to make change from one fuel mode to another fuel mode.

3. GT Operation
!#GT was first put in operation in Oct. 1996, until now it started 1,430 times, among them ignition it 1,113times. In total, it operates 12,716 hours, among them, operation burning fuel (light oil) is 12,292 hours, gas fuel (gas) 424 hours, 16 interruptions. At present, 1#GT can’t operate with full load, due to vibration with generator, other aspects are all normal.
4. Introduction to Inspection and Repair
1. in April in 1999, after operating 3,920 hours, GT was done with combustion inspection. We replaced the flame tubes 1#, 3# and 10#.
2. in March in 2003, operating 6,452 hours, GT went into half-way repair. We replaced flame tube 9# and positive flame connecting tubes 1-2 and 2-3; 10 transition portions were sent to Shenyang for repair, replacing inside and outside floating seal and spraying coating again.
3. in March in 2004, after operating 8,500 hours, generator went into large-scale repair, replacing Bearing 4#, repairing Bearing 3#; The generator guard ring shifts, generator were sent to Nanjing Turbine and Electric Machinery Co. to reassemble.
4. in March of 2005, after operating 11,722 hours, GT went into overhauling.
Overhaul appendix gear box: replace Bearing 2# and Tile 3#, Bearing 3A# and Tile 5#, Bearing 3B# and Tile #, Bearing 4# and 4 tiles inside and outside.
Generator Overhaul: sent generator rotor back to Nanjing company to replace its guard ring.
Loading gear box Overhaul: replacing the tiles of low-speed shaft and GT ending shaft, at the same time, finding radial runout of high-speed shaft to reach 1.31, but not handled it.
Overhaul GT body: replacing the first level sprayer, 10 transition portions and tiles of Bearings 1# and 2#.

3. GT Operation
3#GT started operation from July in 2003, until now started 534 times, among them ignition 497 times. In total, it operates for 6,201 hours, among which operation burning liquid fuel (light oil) for 5,582 hours, burning gas fuel (gas) for 619 hours, 21 interruptions. At present, the operation of 3# GT is basically in very good condition.
4. Introduction to Inspection and Repair
1. in Nov of 2004, after operating 4,004 hours, GT went into combustion inspection(not to dismantle transition), replacing flame connecting tubes in 7#-8#(including 7#) and 3#-2#(including 2#), and flame tube like 10#.
2. in April of 2004, after operating 5,470 hours, GT went into combustion inspection. We replace flame connecting tubes in 7#-8#(including 7#) and 9#-8#(including 9#). We sent 5 transition portions to Liming to repair: among them, the attrition of left side tail frame nearby negative camber is so severe as to be sent to repair.

2006 early, to meet adjustment in national energy policy and requirements in enterprises energy reduction, our company carries out the transformation from oil to gas in GT units fuel. The transformation of #### power plant makes full use of 2.5Mpa gas Pipeline Network in the gas project of ####power plant Gas turbine combined cycle power generator units. According to actual situations to 1# units of ###power plant, just transforming gas turbine units, we mainly focus transformation on the parts of units like chasiss pipeline, gas fuel sprayer, gas fuel controlling and protecting system device, ventilation protection system and hazardous gas detection protection etc. The above work is finished at the original address, electrical access system, unit equipment structure and unit capacity haven’t been changed. The whole units transformation concluded in July of 2006. After transformation, units operate up to now.In 2006, it totally uses 2,967,000 standard cubic gas and totally produces 13,890,000 KWH electricity; in 2007, it totally uses 7,073,520 standard cubic gas and totally produces 36,700,000 KW.H electricity. Gas consumption rate in gas generating power is 0.276 cubic/kwh, compared with using diesel to generate power, unit combined cycle efficiency increases from 48% to 50%, and power generation cost decreases from 0.70yuan/kwh to 0.46yuan/kwh. Due to use clean and environment protective gas as unit fuel, unit ignition and operating stability improve remarkably, the maintenance cycle to some device of unit being extended, at the same time, combustion pollution emissions obviously decrease after gas power generation. The specific boiler is 2*65-ton HRSG produced by Hangzhou Boiler Factory, steam turbine adopting 2*18MW generator unit produced by Nanjing Turbine and Electric Machinery Co. Other situation can be provided after some customer comes to inspect it on the spot. |
