Shenyang Furukawa Cable Corp., LTD (abbreviated as SFC) is established in Feb, 1995, which owned by the Frurukawa Electric Corp., Ltd., Japan. Total investment is 52.17 million USD and our annual production value is 1,000,000,000RMB.

SFC locates at beautiful Sujiatun District, Shenyang, China that covers area of 30,000m² . SFC mainly produces E.H.V XLPE power cable and accessories with voltage from 66kv to 220kv ,which section area max. reach 2500mm². SFC have superiority on manufacturing E.H.V cable with big section area and longer delivery length, for example: cable of 220kV /1000mm² reach 880 meters.

            Advance production line and inspection facilities

Cable Division

The SFC equips completed full sets of production LINE FROM copper wire drawing to outer sheath extrusion and inspection facilities, in which:

VCV towel has height of 108 meters, In the towel, 3 vertical continuous vulcanization (abbreviated as VCV) production lines are installed that imported from produced by Nokia, Finland, some technology of which designed by the Furukawa Electric, Japan

Aluminum extruder imported from Germany could continuously produce seamless corrugated Al sheath.

The shielding house used for inspection covers area of 600m2. SFC imported Partial Discharge Inspection Instruments from USA and British.

Accessories Division

Extruder for prefabricated epoxy insulation sleeve imported from Germany, which produce epoxy insulation sleeve with perfect quality. Whatever outlook and quality of the sleeve comply with relevant international standard.

            Advanced technology

All equipments and instruments of SFC incorporate know-how from the Furukawa Electric Co., Ltd.

            Source of raw material

The main raw materials such as semi-conductive compound, insulation compound as well as other essential materials are all imported from international well-known corporation.
