Quality Guarantee of Transformer
We design and manufacture the transformers with advanced technology:
1、Optimized design for the transformer construction with electromagnetic and CAD software.
2、advanced technology, processing equipments and check methods as well as skilled workers are applied in the manufacturing process to realize the designed guarantees(mitred joint for the iron core, no pile of the upper yoke etc�?
3、Top-quality raw material and components, to improve the performance. The cold rolling silicon steel with high permeability、low loss、low hysteresis expansion is adopted as the iron core to reduce no-load loss.
We hereby guarantee that, the active part needs no maintenance in 20 years and the design endurance is at least 30 years for the transformer manufactured by our company provided that it is operated under normal condition.
Transformer Core
1.High-performance material: cold rolling, crystal grain oriented,low loss, high permeability silicon steel, to meet the requirements of low loss and low noise.
2.More reasonable structure: Mitred joint for the iron core and no pile of the upper yoke and other technologies to reduce no-load loss. Low - magnetic Steel for the clamper and part components to reduce the stray loss.
Two binding styles of the core column:
a.The core column would be of epoxy resin for the small capacity transformer.
b. Large-size transformer is bound by the imported machine.
c.Hydraulic equipment and sleeve spanner clamping equipment are adopted to guarantee the designed clamping force.
Transformer coil and insulation
1.Top-quality insulating paper board is adopted: laminated press board.
2.Top-quality material: copper conductor is adopted to improve the short-circuit withstanding capability .
Top-quality oil tank
1�?Design the structure through analyzing the stresses on different parts of the tank, calculating the mechanical intensity to meet requirements.
2.The tank is of corrugated style or bend plate style, which provides beautiful outline, reduces the welding lines to the minimum. Submerged arc welding and gas protection welding technology are adopted to improve welding quality and prevent leakage.
3.Surface treatment: 7 procedures for surface treatment, including peening and painting pipeline operation.
Polish the tank surface with advanced peening equipment to make the irregular outline be even to enhance the adhesion of the painting.
Quality control to each procedure, quality responsibility to every corresponding operator, quality monitor card for each procedure.
No leakage and mechanical damage or permanent distortion per as the International standard.
Assembly and Test
1.Excellent components are adopted to guarantee the quality.
2.The drying of the active part is controlled by the computer and the assembly is carried out at the purified workshop.
3.Advanced test equipments and methods, meeting IEC requirements.
