With regard to advance design and feasibility report: According to us, for serious and interested customers it is indispensible for us to send engineers visit these cement plants to do following studies for the planned heat recovery power plants:

-         1) detailed site inspection to see plant’s physical localization and layout  and according to real layout at the cement plant, you can prepare sitting plan/layout of power plant building, equipment, piping etc. all system on the existing plant layout as an first draft.  

-         2) detailed process inspection and collect correct/ accurate critical values with plant engineers. So you can commit and give guaranty to customers for an minimum power generation value (Installed capacity in MW for the heat recovery power plant for the cement plants) with your offered power plant.

-         3) detailed  estimate for an turn-key investment including all main and auxiliary equipments (including piping), Electrical ,Automation & instrument equipments, Mechanical erection material supplies, Electrical & Automation erection material supplies with unit prices and quantity, Design (engineering and application projects), supervision for installation and commissioning, Shipping costs, daily Water consumption costs, yearly operation costs etc.. Also civil works, mechanical and electrical erection and installations etc must be added to  detailed  estimate. For these studies plant engineers can help your engineers to estimate for local labor rates.  Thanks to this detailed  estimate for an turn-key investment and above guaranteed minimum power generation value (Installed capacity) customer will be able to calculate real and accurate payback period.

-         4) time calculation (work schedule) for project’s turn-key installation program.  Thanks to this info customers can evaluate their prospective investment timing.  

-         5) Collecting all above info you can prepare an detailed feasibility document including first drafts, detailed  material and installation estimates above mentioned. And we can present this document to customers. Also if your group has any financial solution  (I read it in your web site) you can give detailed info about that in this document.

For above studies maybe your two engineers and one commercial manager can visit and stay at site about one week for each plant .
