The waste heat, which is exhausted from the clinker production line, can be utilized are as follow:
The waste gas exhausted from the cooler is 160,000Nm3/h�?20�?acirc;90�? contains heat about 20401×104kJ/h, which can generate saturated steam of  6t/h�?.5MPa.
The waste gas exhausted from the preheater is 357,000Nm3/h�?20�?acirc;260�?the designing of outlet temperature of the boiler considering the raw material drying requirement), contains heat about 21,290×104kJ/h, which can generate saturated steam of  13t/h�?.5MPa.
3.      Fuel
The information of the coal is as follow:
Net calorific power: 20,000kJ/kg
Ash content: 10~15�?/DIV>
Sulfur content�?~4�?/DIV>
By calculating, the average coal consumption per hour is 33ton, annual coal consumption is 247500ton (running hour 7500 per year). The capacity of fuel yard is designed for 15 days; area is 48×150m which can store coal with 11880ton. The coal will be fed to the belt by coal bin, then transported to the crusher, after screening, the finished coal will be stored in the bin in front of the boiler.
4.      Installation solution
The saturated steam with 4.5MPa generated by AQC boiler and SP boiler will be introduced into the steam drum of the supplement boiler merging with the saturated steam generated by supplement boiler. The superheated steam generated by supplement boiler with parameter of 3.82MPa�?50�?will be introduced into the steam turbine for power generation. The exhaust steam from the turbine will be cooled to the water and then introduced into the deaerator, then pumped to the supplement boiler and AQC boiler as the feed water. The new type circulating fluidized bed boiler will be adopted as the supplement boiler, the advantage of which is that it can run in large range of the outcoming steam. The main steam parameter of the supplement boiler  200t/h�?.82MPa�?50�?  the saturated steam flowrate from the waste heat boiler is 19t/h, and the self evaporation capacity is 180t/h. The installed capacity of the steam turbine and generator is 50MW, minus the self power consumption, the net power supply to the cement plant is 45MW.
5.      Treatment of waste gas and slag
The electrical precipitator with single line and four electric fields will be adopted as the waste gas treatment equipment of supplement boiler. The collected dust will be transported to the cement production line as a kind of raw material. The storage bin will be installed for storing the slag discharged from the supplement boiler, the slag will be transported to the cement production line. The waste gas will be induced to the stack by fan.
6.      Sulfur removal treatment
The sulfur removal device should be adopted in supplement boiler, as per the sulfur content of the coal and the characteristic of the supplement boiler, when the furnace temperature is around 800�?00�? burning the limestone with rated particle size, the sulfur removed efficiency can reach 80%, which will fulfill the environmental protection requirement.
7.      Cooling water and Demineralized water System
Water circulating cooling system will be selected which includes the pumps, cooling towers, water pond and pipeline. During the system working, the cooling water will be pumped from the water pond to the equipments which needed to be cooled; after heat exchanging, the water will be transported back to the cooling tower.
The mixed-bed exchanger system will be selected as the water demineralization system. The process of water treatment is as follow:
Water (domestic water pipeline or firefighting pipeline) →mechanical filter→clean water tank→clean water pump→action exchanger→CO2 removal equipment→intermediate tank→intermediate pump→anion exchanger→demineralized water tank→Demineralized water pump→Turbine room
