1.    The project should be ready with technical and commercial documents, and approved by government or owner to be constructed as priority;

2.    The employer should have 15% advance payment which is ready to pay to EPC after EPC contract signed;

3.    the employer should issue bank guarantee to our Eximbank China for apply financing, and for government project, sovereign guarantee should be issued by Ministry of Finance.

4.    EPC or supplying contracts should be signed through exclusive negotiation.

 

Now for Iranian projects or other resource rich nations' equipments/materials, we are join hands with China licensed oil/gas importer to use barter trade as payment tools: buyer sign contract with us, and provide oi/gas and other Chinese market needed materials to our oil/gas importer as payment, then our Chinese oil/gas importer will pay us to the contract signed between the foreign buyer and our EPC.
