1.Which country are the gensets used in?I nend this information to confirm the voltage grade, frequency and other related questions.
2.Is the gas pipeline natural gas or oilfield associated natural gas? If the gas is oilfield associated gas, you will also need to add the gas treatment equipments so that the gas is able to satisfy the requirements of the gensets. Because the tar,sulphur content is too high for the associated gas compared with the pipeline natural gas, so we have to reduce them.
3.Could you please provide us with the gas composition ?
4.Regarding the waste heat recovery system, are they used for producing the steam or hot water?Could you please tell me what the heat used for?
5.For the delivery period, two months will be ok if we make the preparation in advance. Because most of the main control parts of our automatic high configuration gensets are purchased from Europe, so we have to take a long time to purchase the imported parts. 4. cost of spare parts: if each unit’s cost of spare parts if 30,000Chinese Yuan/year, then total spare parts for 40 units as continuous generation of 25mw per yea, the 40 units of spare parts cost is about 1,200,000 Chinese Yuan per year.
5. Overhaul hours is about 30000hours, each overhaul cost per unit is about 120000 Chinese Yuan, so each unit need around two times of overhaul for each ten years operation.

1.Which country are the gensets used in?I nend this information to confirm the voltage grade, frequency and other related questions.
2.Is the gas pipeline natural gas or oilfield associated natural gas? If the gas is oilfield associated gas, you will also need to add the gas treatment equipments so that the gas is able to satisfy the requirements of the gensets. Because the tar,sulphur content is too high for the associated gas compared with the pipeline natural gas, so we have to reduce them.
3.Could you please provide us with the gas composition ?
4.Regarding the waste heat recovery system, are they used for producing the steam or hot water?Could you please tell me what the heat used for?
5.For the delivery period, two months will be ok if we make the preparation in advance. Because most of the main control parts of our automatic high configuration gensets are purchased from Europe, so we have to take a long time to purchase the imported parts. Could you please answer me above questions so that i can choose the suitable gensets for you.

1.Regarding the delivery time, two months will be ok if we make the production preparation in advance.
2.We can give you an efficient technical assistance. When you buy our genset, if you ask for the help of our technicians, we can arrange our engineer to Slovakia to guide the installation and commission. But you need to pay us related costs which should defined in additional contracts.
3.Payment : 30% by T/T for deposit, the balacne of 70% by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight , should be issued to us and accepted by us and our bank before delivery.
4.When will you start this project and sign the sales contract? Do you need us to provide the draft contract now?
5.Regarding the credit facilities,maybe you can contact some local Chinese Bank, such as Chinese Development Bank, Import and Export Bank of China,etc.
6.Our power plants and equipments are warmly welcome in China and Southeast Asia, and have been the most successful enterprise of China in gas internal-combustion engine field.Europe is our new market.but the development is very fast, we have sold gesnets in Italy, Bulgaria,UK,spain,Sweden etc.)

For our 40x700kw gas engine generator power plant with automation control system:
1 the total machine room area is a, bout 110x17 meter, the arrangement is 2 lines with each line of 20 units.
2.the efficiency of the power generation sets is higher than 42%, thanks to its most advanced design and high aut, omation control system, , which can meet the demand of Ministry of Power.
3. the operation cost: lube oil consumption is 0.8g/, kwh with lube oil of 15W40CD. If calculated with Chinese lube oil price of 2400Chinese Yuan/, 180kg, then the lube oil cost is about 0.014Chinese Yuan/kwh.
4. cost of spare parts: if each unit’s cost of spare parts if 30,000Chinese Yuan/year, then total spare parts for 40 units as continuous generation of 25mw per yea, the 40 units of spare parts cost is about 1,200,000 Chinese Yuan per year.
5. Overhaul hours is about 30000hours, each overhaul cost per unit is about 120000 Chinese Yuan, so each unit need around two times of overhaul for each ten years operation.
6.labor needed for operation: thanks to advanced high level automation system, the persons for operation is reduced a lot, if for three shift per day, then the 40x700kw power plant need 4-5 persons per shift.
7. we provide free operation training servies to persons from buyers to achieve long terms good operation and maintenance performance.
Our natural gas engine generator gas fuel consumption is 9MJ/kW·h. if you are interested, please fill the attached questionnaire for your project so that we can optimize our proposal for your specific project. we have installed many units in Southern American nations and other regions in the world.
If you bio gas flow is1000M3/d, then you can install 100kw gas engine generator, so please fill in the attached questionnaire so that we can offer to your project, better with bio gas analyst report, heat value and other key data. We have finished many projects by gas engine gensets with different types of gas, even low heat value gas.
By using our gas engine generator sets, our fuel consumption is 9MJ/kW·h, 1 cubic meter of gas can generate 4kwh power, if the sale price is 0.13USD/kwh, then 1 cubic meter gas generated power can be sold with income of 4x0.13=0.32USD, which is lower than even the gas fuel costs, so your plan by using gas fuel to generate power at such sale price is not viable.
When using diesel generator set to generate power, our diesel generator set fuel consumption is about 210g/kwh, if 1 litter of diesel oil can generate 4.1kwh power, (density at 0.86g/cm3, ), so 1 litter of diesel oil can generated power can be sold with income of 4x0.13=0.32USD, which is lower than even the diesel fuel costs, so your plan by using gas fuel to generate power at such sale price is not viable.
so please negotiate with your buyer to increase the power sale price or find landfill gas, biogas, biomass gas to generate power, which is much more economically viable. We have finished many gas engine power projects in Southern America, they have very good economical benefits thanks to our low investment and low O&M costs.
