Functions |
The PCK1-RB500 control panel has comprehensive protecting function for over-current, short circuit, reverse power, low frequency and low voltage etc.
It also has the functions of semiautomatic quasi-synchronism, automatic power factor adjustment.
PCK1-RB500 can also cooperate with TEM system and monitoring instrument, to monitor water temp, oil temp, oil pressure and speed of the engine. Once threat emerges, control panel will alarm and automatically switch off for protection. |
The PCK1-RZ500 control panel has comprehensive protecting function for over-current, short circuit, reverse power, low frequency and low voltage etc.
It also has the functions of automatic quasi-synchronism, load distribution and automatic power factor adjustment.
PCK-RZ500 can analyze the condition of the grid, once the grid is shut down, it can cut the gas generator set from the grid until the grid start to work again, then automatically recover the connection.
The control panel can also cooperate with TEM system and monitoring instrument, to monitor water temp, oil temp, oil pressure and speed of the engine. Once threat emerges, control panel will alarm and automatically switch off for protection. |

1.3 500GF1-PWG Configuration of gas generator set
Standard configuration
Standard configuration includes five parts: gas engine, generator and heat exchanger installed on the platform; standard control panel; TEM counter; free parts, spare parts and tools.
2. Guarantee period
Packing: To be packed in strong new wooden case(s) or carton(s), suitable for long distance ocean/parcel post/air freight transpiration and to change of climate, well protected against moisture and shocks. The sellers shall de liable for any damage of the commodity and expenses incurred on account of improper packing and for any rust attributable to inadequate or improper protective measures taken by the Seller in regard to the packing.
Guarantee period:Within one year after the delivery time or accumulative total running hours up to 1500hs, two take the first.
Warranty, overhaul cycle and service life of main engine components
Warranty: 12 months after delivery or 1500hrs of operation. The period which ends first is the warranty period.The first overhaul is after 20000hrs of operation.
Referential service life of main engine components: Crankshaft and crankcase: 60000hrs
Connecting rod: 40000hrs, Turbocharger: 7500hrs
Piston and bearing bush of crankshaft: 20000hrs, Cylinder block: 15000hrs
Notice: the above data are gained when engine operates under gas condition of methane content :50%; H2S content less than or equal 50 mg/nm3 . The actual service life of such components is determined by user’s gas condition and maintenance.
3.requirements:

3.2 Requirements for gas source
Biomass gas should be purified before burning in engine(minimum requirements)
Biomass gas temperature less than or equal 40oC;
Biomass gas pressure 3~10kPa; Fluctuate rate of pressure less than or equal 1kPa/min;
Tar less than or equal 20mg/Nm3 , H2S less than or equal 200mg/Nm3 , NH3 less than or equal 20mg/Nm3 , Granule less than or equal 5μm , Granule less than or equal 30mg/Nm3 ;
For the optimization of system performance, users should provide data of gas composition and pressure to us.
