To above configuration, we will use 2 units of 3000QGFA gas engine generator sets and 1 unit of SP4600 diesel generator set to set up the power plant. Each unit of generator is installed on its rigid common base, and engine and generator are coupled with flexible coupling to connect, common bases are installed on foundation by using vibration reducing dampers. Heat generated in operation will be taken away by cooling system. Closed cycled cooling system is adopted with water-air cooling exchange method, and it is arranged together with lube oil pre supplying pump, fuel supply pump (with filter) and piping, valves, and they are connected with generator with flexible hose pipe. At both the inlet and exhaust let there are filter and silencers.
The generator sets are controlled by management & control system to provide user friendly interface with engine and operation. Most parts are produced by our producer, and so we can guarantee high quality, timely supply and life long supply of parts.
The power plant includes generator sets, fuel transfer and supply system, cooling system, electric system, exhaust system, power plant unit management control system (including alarming system).

2.5 cooling system
Cooling system for the genset is closed outer cycle cooling water system, with its characters as: simple structure, less cost, quickly and efficiently reduce the engines�?heat load, increasing parts operation time. Cooling system is closed cycle aire radiator to cool. Cooling water adopts three routes for cooling, namely: high temperature water system, inter cooling water system, and lube oil piping system. The three routes work independently inside the engine.

2.6. Lube Oil system
The genset has been installed with lube oil pre supply pump, lube filter, which are composed as lube oil system, to secure the engine works properly and safely. Before starting gensets, lube oil pre supply pump should be started so that all the parts have enough lube oil to protect.
2.7 Fuel supply and transfer system
Fuel gas supply and transfer system are system for pre mix gas supply by electronic control system before the gas booster, and booster inter cooler electronic control gas supply and related booster system.
Fuel diesel oil supply system is using transfer pump to continuously supply diesel oil to the engine to secure enough fuel in operation. In the oil supply system, there is daily oil tank as oil automatic supplementary system, and also with first stage fuel oil filter, and the oil into the engine will be cleaned to demand.
2.8 Generator set mangement and control systme
Data treatment: generator set date, all electric data collection, display, and save.
Geneartor set control: automatic start, stop, automatic gas route control, auotomatic synchronization between generator sets and grid, automatic governing on output, voltage, frequency, and factor and other data.
Generator protection: oil, water temperature and pressure protection, over speed, over/less voltage, over/less frenquency, over/less output, and earthing protection.
Event alarm: control process and operation status reminding and logging, event alarming.
High speed communication: between upper end server and workstation, commanders between gensets.
2.9.1 scope
The main equipments with fire protection are: gas engine generator set, low voltage panels and other main equipments in the plant.
2.9.2 Fire Protection method
Fire protection water is protect fire protection pipes.
Fire protection is to standard of GBJ16-87(2001Version). Main fire protection equipments in the plant are mobile extinguishers, and at the same time, installed with fire hydrants.
2.9.3 Fire protection in plant
a. in the plant and around the gas engine gensets, installed with fire hydrants SS-100 and both wheelbarrow and portable
ammonium phosphate powder extinguishers
b. both portable and wheelbarrow type CO2 extinguishers are equipped within the low voltage cube.
c. other fire vulnerable fire rish places will be equipped with portable CO2 extinguishers orotehr types of fire protection equipments.
