Zhejiang TENGY Environmental Technology Co., Ltd, which has a Branch at Zhejiang Pinhu City and three wholly-owned subsidiaries of Zhuji TENGY Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Zhuji TENGY Installation Project Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Shanshan TENGY Environmental Co., Ltd., is the dominant firm of TENGY Group.
  TENGY have engaged in manufacturing of environmental protection equipment for more 20 years. She is the pacesetter enterprise in industry of environmental pollution prevention and one of the Top Four ESP Enterprises in China. TENGY possesses the EPC Qualification of Environmental Pollution Improvement Project and Specialized Qualification of Environmental Engineering (Exhaust Gas). TENGY has also obtained the first and second class pressure vessel manufacturing license, ASME Certification and CE Certification.
  TENGY, equipped with large and efficient production equipment and with great manufacturing capacity, can manufacture 200,000 tons of environmental protection equipment each year. Her production line of 850-type collecting electrode (CE) plate under independent research and development is the first one in China, which also manufactured the widest CE plate firstly and acquired the patent right. TENGY’s barbed wire for ESP is integrated. The welding equipment for the continuous welding on movable CE plate is innovated by TENGY independently. The movable CE plate of continuous welding, together with its technology is also the beginning at home and abroad.
  The main products in TENGY are dry ESP, wet ESP, ESP of movable CE plate, high temperature ESP, low temperature ESP, bag filter, electric-bag precipitator (EBP), dry flue gas desulfurizer (FGD), semi-dry FGD, wet FGD, denitration system of SCR and SNCR, denitration catalyst, dense-phase fly ash conveyor system with fluidized pump, fly ash conveyor system of double pipes and pulp alkali recovery equipment. TENGY possesses 30% of the ESP market share in China and the products are also exported to the countries like Russia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Columbia, Columbia, Brazil, Philippines and Turkey. The output value of export accounts for more than 20% of the gross output value of the company.
  TENGY’s products win dozens of technology awards and patent awards of provincial and ministerial-level. The technological level of TENGY has achieved the international advanced level and is in leading position in China.

PRODUCTS DISPLAY

Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP)

TENGY ESP selects side-rapping system. Its technology owns proprietary intellectual property rights. The type of ESP has been manufactured and operated numerously, boasting the advantages of stability and receiving customer satisfaction.

Major Advantages:
Practical needs are always the biggest concerning of TENGY R&D. TENGY is devoted to developing ESP technology on the basis if solving practical problems. There are three major technical advantages of TENGY ESP:
A ew type of BS-type spike tube with protective arrangement prevents discharging wires from broken and thus eliminates the biggest problem which may affect normal operation.
B ew type of machinery rapping system equips alloy steel bushing for each rubbing surface and forms more reasonable structure. Thus the rapping system can work longer and in a more reliable way.
C nsulator parts, e.g. porcelain bush and electromagnetic spin shaft, exercise integral heating and cleaning inside a small room, thus solving breakdown, creepage and other kind of problems.

ESP for Special Working Condition
ESP for Circulating Fluid Bed(CFB) Boiler
Special Measures to Handle Problems:
  1).To handle high specific resistance particulate, which are hard to charge and easy to occur back corona fault resulting in low efficiency. TENGY adopts stiffened collecting plate combined with double corona wire technique and yield high efficiency in practice.
  2).Particulate with high dust density often causes corona sealing fault and worsen the wear of frontier field internal driving parts. TENGY use block and flow guide type of gas distribution plate to block large particulates from boilers and adopt BS prick tube with spikes and reliable rapping system to deliver a more even field intensity.
  3).CFB boiler burning procedure produces a large amount of fine calcium containing compounds, which are bigger in specific surface area and capillary adhesion, thus increasing the adhesion of ash. On the one hand, TENGY keeps the condition of collecting system rapping acceleration speed amin.>=150g and discharging system rapping acceleration speed amin>=50g to guarantee cleaning effects. On the other hand, TENGY sets maze-type duck board at outlet, so that charged fine particles pushing out by the end field air flow and from secondary dust escape could discharge electricity when passing through duck board. This method was proven to be able to raise collection efficiency by over 0.05%.

ESP for Desulfurizing System
  TENGY Environment independently researched and developed ESP for wet and semi-dry desulfurizing system. Different from common ESP, desulfurizing ESP has special requirements for rapping dust cleaning system, utility of ash scrapper to replace common hopper and for sealing design.

 

Major Projects

ESP for Sichuan Baima 300MW CFB boiler
  The ESP for Sichuan Baima 300MW Boiler is the first 300MW CFB in China and also the biggest in the world of the time. In its R&D, TENGY Environment found practical methods to handle specific high resistance particulate,inlet gas contain high density dust, and other problems. The ESP was put into operation in 2006, and runs well so far. Its efficiency it tested at 99.9% and dust emission density less than 50mg/Nm³.

The ESP for Huangjinbu Power Plant 2x600MW Units provided by TENGY were put into operation in January 2007and July 2007 respectively and works well so far. The performance test reported better than design values, for example the collection efficiency is designed at 99.7%, but is measured at 99.72% and the air leakage is designed less than 2.0%, but in fact is controlled at 1.8%.

Baghouse/Electrostatic-Bag Precipitator (EBP)
 

Baghouse: Technical Features
1)Minimal resistance lossGas enters ESP from sides, reaching even gas distribution and pre-dust cleaning effects. This design eliminate secondary escape fault of particles, improve efficiency and reduce equipment resistance.
2)Advanced and reliable equipmentThe use od low-resistance pulse valve has advantages of simpler structure, more reliable performance, lower resistivity, quicker reaction, smaller air assumption and higher dust collection efficiency.
3)Online amendment not influence boiler performance Each ESP contains several independent filtering rooms. The inlet and outlet door of any room could be closed when online amendment is required.
4)Internal side gas path occupy no spaceSide gas path is situated inside the equipment and require no extra space. No leakage from valve and no dust accumulation inside gas path.

TENGY EBP: Technical Features
  TGDB EBP is integral electrostatic-bag assembled precipitator that TENGY Environment R&D independently. The EBP won the national Letter of Patent in 2007 and was listed in the national key torch plan project in 2008.
TENGY EBP: Technical Features
  1)ESP and baghouse are integrated within one case, so occupying smaller space and easy for inspection.
  2)TGDB precipitator can be maintained online at 100% load, with no effect on outlet emission.
  3)Sets special internal side-path system, so that flue gas emissioned after passing through ESP part, reducing emission and blower wearing.
  4)New type of gas distribution setting guarantees gas distribution evenly in frontier fields and also secures flue gas volume and particulate even distribution in baghouse.
 

Major Projects of TENGY Baghouse/EBP
  TENGY Environment owns rich EBP and baghouse designing and manufacturing experience. At the start of 2008, TENGY Environment provided China’s biggest EBP project--Henan Xinyang 2x300MW unit, which was put into operation on October 2008. The performance test report efficiency at 99.9% and emission lower than 40mg/Nm³. TENGY representative EBP Projects also contains Henan Mengdian 2x300MW EBP project and Mongolia Salaqi Power Plant 2x300MW unit EBP Project.

 

Flue Gas Desulfurizer (FGD)
  TENGY has been engaged in FGD engineering and manufacturing since 2005. There are two main types of FGD technology: semi-dry FGD and wet FGD technology, which concludes limestone-gypsum method, magnesium oxide method, sulfur ammonia method and soda-lime double alkali method.

TENGY Representative FGD Projects
Guangxi Huayin Aluminum Co.,Ltd. 3x200 T/H boiler semi-dry desulfurization project undertake by TENGY Environment was put into practice on January 2008 and runs very well so far. The desulfurizing efficiency is tested over 95% and its emission is less than 40mg/Nm³.
Conversions, refurbishment and upgrade (CFU) project of 2# boiler (1x220MW) desulfurization system for Guodian Jingyuan Power Generator Co., Ltd. bidded by TENGY Group in June 2009 is one of Chinese bigger CFU semi-dry desulfurization project, adopting CFB desulfurization processes.
