Application
To be applied in bottom ash handling for coal-fired power plant boilers.
Hot slag falls into the water of the upper through, it will then be further transported to the storage/conveyor via continuously operated chain and scrapers after enough cooling.
Achievements
Since 2002, we have completed over 230 sets of 600MW unit SSC, which is about four times of the total of other SSC manufacturers.
As for the few units of 1000MW, we have achieved orders of 16 units.

Pneumatic conveying test facility
Qingdao Daneng built a large Pneumatic Conveying System Test Facility located within the Qingdao factory, which is one of the biggest and best fly ash pneumatic conveying system testing platform in the world. This test facility will help provide critical information for the way the materials can be conveyed pneumatically as well as enable us to carry out tests to further develop and enhance our pneumatic conveying technologies. This will help to guarantee the operation of pneumatic conveying systems and provide credible confidence to our partners and customers prior to being installed on site.
